Although this delightful little market town, (Wednesdays), which is full of lovely little independent shops, has several tea shops I choose to go into Rich Pickings because as it is a bakers I thought everything would be freshly homemade. Not only was it freshly made you could see things being baked before our very eyes; so good place to bring the children during the summer holidays so they can see their sausage rolls being baked! Very friendly staff with whom you place and pay for your order at the till and they then serve it to you where you can then sit and watch the shoppers go by before you venture off to look round the market, visit the museum and the newly rejuvenated Corn Exchange! A wonderful morning out! Apparently they do outside catering too.
