“Best kept Temple”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 October 2013

This building is located at the Ancient Agora site. Records indicate this temple is the best kept up temple in Athens compared to the other temples. It is also located on a hill and has some nice views of the city

The view in the late afternoon with the sun shining through the interior chambers made for an unforgettable picture that remains with you for life.

“Best temple in Athens”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 October 2013

This is without doubt the best preserved temple in Athens and perhaps in all Greece. It has been modified over the centuries but has never been fought over like the acropolis.

Visitors aren't able to enter the temple, but make sure you visit prior to 3:00 pm as this is when it closes.

“well preserved”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 October 2013

It has lasted as well as it has because it was made into a church for many years. Best preserved structure from its time period. Can still see many friezes inside
