“Our stay in Athens”
Reviewed 15 October 2012

A small hotel very well located. It is 5 minutes walk from the national museum and around 5-10 minutes walk from Metro Station that can get you in 10 minutes to plaka, acropolis ... etc.

The staff of this hotel were the most helpful I ever met. They showed me where to go, with very important recommendations concerning opening hours, best visit times, dinner ... etc.

Rooms were a bit small, but enough.

Breakfast was simple but very goods.

I recommend it for average budget travelers. I'd go again if it is not for business.

This excellent hotel is very nice for a stay in Athens. The employees are very friendly and always ready to help. We rent a "small double room", the room is small but enough if you don't stay all the day in it. The room (include bathroom) was very clean and was like new.
The hotel is near a metro station (5 mins walk) and many bus station, so you can easily reach tourist attractions. There are also many good coffee shop, restaurant, taverna and market around the hotel.
The breakfast is really good and offer many choices (eggs, bacon, croissant, many kind of bread, cereal, yogurt, and much more..)
They offert free WiFi, it worked very well.

This is a very nice hotel for average budgets. It is close to Athens museum and to the metro station. at 5 minutes walk you can find and a lot of restaurants where you can have dinner. The staff are wonderful and very helpful they can give a very good couple of hints to what to do during your stay. Breakfast is simple but good. I would go again without doubts.

Great hotel about 5mins walk from Victoria metro station on line 1. This was our third year to stay overnight on our way to and from the Greek Islands. The staff are so professional and friendly. The breakfast gets better every year, lovely self service food with good coffee. The little bar downstairs plays brilliant music-love to know what the radio station is. The rooms are very clean and the showers are great.

Good hotel, near to city center. The hotel is 10 min. walk from Victoria station. The rooms and bathroom very clean. The owners were very nice and friendly. They guided us very well. It was very nice of them to serve us a small breakfast as early as 5:30 am. The breakfast spread is very good. Rooms does not have a view though. The rooms does not have safe.

Having spent in this hotel for 4 days under 3 different occasions (ie stayed in 3 different rooms), I must say this hotel is a real bargain. Although the location is not very good (5-10 min from Victoria station (green line), the back of the hotel is in a very quiet distinct, though the front is quite busy along Alexander Avenue, which is ok safe if you walk back from the metro station) the hotel is quite new, clean and comfortable. At this price it is well worth the money.

The staff is very friendly and they even offer to help to print out the boarding pass at no costs if you require on-line check-in of your flights. The breakfast is simple but food is fresh and good.

Drawbacks: we were given two rooms with jacuzzi bath but there were no shower curtains so you will end up getting the whole floor wet if you decide to take a shower instead. Another drawback is there is no in-room safe. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order room service with reasonable prices.

Room Tip: see if you can get a room from 5th to 7th floor as it has a large balcony, though you still get a sm...
