Our hotel arranged us this one day cruise to three islands near Athens. It was a really good organized trip. The tour company picked us on time from a nearby place and transferred us to a small port but in a large ship. The islands were really beautiful and the people so friendly. I wish we could stay some days in each of these. The lunch the tour company offered us was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

Before visiting Milos Island we stayed for 2 nights in this lovely boutique hotel in Athens. We felt like home mainly due to the cozy environment and the great hospitality of the hotel. It is located in an area really near to all tourist attractions (Museums, Acropolis, Plaka, etc) and nearby to any kind of shops you need (restaurant, bakery, grocery, pharmacy). The rooms were very clean and the shower system was renovated. The best part was the roof garden where me and my girlfriend took our breakfast and fantastic cocktails at night while enjoying fantastic views of Parthenon and Athens. The stay was really warm and relaxing.

I visit Athens alone about two weeks ago in order to participate in a conference and I choose to stay these three nights in a peaceful lovely hotel which was located really near to Acropolis Museum and Parthenon. The good signal of hotel Wi-Fi in my room it was a necessary amenity for me and I also really enjoyed visiting the last floor and sitting in hotels roof garden with the great Acropolis view. In the first free morning, the polite woman in the reception game me great advices how to spend my morning in the historic center of Athens and it was a big surprise for me how close was the hotel with Acropolis and Plaka area (5 and 15 minutes by walk). I didn’t have to use public transportation at all, although there was a station nearby the hotel. Clean and friendly hotel. I definitely recommend it!

The Acropolis Ami hotel has an amazing view from the rooftop bar and the balconies. It is easy to walk anywhere in Athens from here. The rooms are nicely done with a fantastic shower. The balcony was large whilst the bedroom is pretty small. The beds are comfortable. The guy on reception was helpful about directions and where to eat (but not helpful at all with our bags and the steep hill)! Would recommend to anyone wanting a good value stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights while culture-vulturing Athens-it was a fab hotel and I recommend it highly.
Excellent location close to public transport (although the hill is steep, it's short) and the view of the acropolis from the rooftop bar is spectacular! Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Yummy expansive and varied breakfast. Room was good size and clean, bathroom was 'snug', but fine.

We stayed here for a week in April 2014.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels etc.
The value is incredible and I've seen reviews where people are picking apart the size of the rooms, no restaurant etc etc. Quite honestly, if you want to spend your time & money in a fancy hotel, go for it, but we were in ATHENS!! We wanted to get out and about every day!! not spend it in the hotel. So the continental breakfast every morning was more than adequate, the staff were nice, and the room was comfortable enough. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

This hotel is only suited for sleeping. If u intent to go out for the morning, back to hotel for a rest, and out again , u can forget it. As the location of this hotel is on a steep hill slope. Every time u need to go out ,u have to walk down the slope ( I actually paced it. 118 steps for me) . As the hotel only provide water for the first day, if u need more water, u have to go down the hill to the nearest corner store, and lug back the water yourself. No Restraurant also. Only do breakfast at the rooftop. Very small room, my bed was right next to the fridge, all night the noise of the fridge making me can't sleep. No tea and coffee making facilities .altough at the rooftop u can see the acropolis, the actual walking distance is quite far.some 15 to 20 minutes away. And there's nothing to see on the way. Apart from busy traffic street, with not much shops. The man at the desk can hardly speak English. Certainly won't stay again.
