I had lots of thoughts before posting this review and I will try to explain my self.
The food was great , I was there for a christmas day lunch with family and they had a special turkey dish that was above expectations. The salads and starters we had was also very good and if we are to judge the food ( and the people waiting the services) I would have rated this as an excellent restaurant for meat lovers , with the necessery twists in the menu that will distinguish it from mediocre or mainstream.
Ofcourse there is a but ....
Given the fact that it was Christmas noon , I had made a reservation 2 days in advance, but by the time we reached not only they couldnt find it , they were also relactant to resolve the situation in anyway, so I had to suggest to them to find us some table.
This happened relactantly and in the meantime we were getting comments like "maybe you booked some other place" which to me seem that there is a problem handling customers.
Crisis was avoided because of the good food and the politness of the staff serving the table.
Although it was crystal clear that they had a problem with managing the reservations , they never came back with even a casual "we are sorry".
So because finally for me is not about food only, but about a customer experience , I post this and I give a rating of average, because of the overal experience.
Hope the food quality will remain at this level sothey will have only to improve on customer management
