Nice location, enough space in the rooms, but past it's time for mainentance long, long time ago.
How it still have this high score - I dont know. But understand that its once was an attractive hotel. I hope the owner invest some money and gets it back on track.

Excelent location, nice neighborhood very close to the city music hall, only 3 min walk from the metro station, very close to the city center.
The rooms are big and spacious very clean and they also offer free breakfast! The stuff is very helpfull.
The only problem that i personaly spoted was the involvment of the people of the neighborhood in the hotel's functions. Every time i was passing through the hotel's outside door there was a fat lady with a very old man siting at the door step, this woman with her sweating and her very unpleasant odour (so strong that you had to hold your nose when she was next to you) was so rude that she didn't even step aside so we can move. Her voice and screams was so loud that i felt she was in my room. Unfortunatly that reminded me of third world countries. Its amazing why the managment of the hotel allows this uncomfortable situation at the door step of the establisment.

This hotel is not super close to the main sites but it located right next to the Metro so its very easy to go anywhere you need in Athens. The rooms are very large and quite, not your typically European tiny room.

For our one night stay between cruise and flight home, we were welcomed by Miranda at their hotel with a cup of tea and told that our room had developed a plumbing problem. She offered us a free upgrade to a suite at their other property and provided a free taxi to take us there. On arriving at the suites, Soula welcomed us cordially, and was very helpful; she showed us a choice of two suites, and also gave us an Athens guide book, including showing and telling us about the metro and where to see the various attractions of the city, and about the local shops and restaurants. There was an excellent choice on display for the continental breakfast the following morning.

Very good location. We were welcomed by Miranda who is the perfect hostess. She speaks French, English, advises us on what to do, booked our taxi. We had a spacious apartment, beds were comfortable. Kids loved jacuzzi bath. We were given a farewell present. Bathroom was a little dark. Good value hotel.
