Having made the booking ages in advance through Booking.com we arrived to be told there was a large party staying at the hotel and so we had been moved. Not for the duration of our 5 night stay though. Just for 2 nights, after which we had to return to acropolis view. Lucky for us the hotel they moved us to was nice, but VERY inconvenient. When you work hard and go on a short break, call me fussy but I prefer to be able to stay in one place - in the hotel I actually booked!! You are at their mercy though and they know there is nothing you can do about it. Despite some pleasant reception staff who seem thoroughly embarrassed by the hotel's way of doing business - I would still say "shame on you Acropolis View Hotel! No way to run a hotel!"
