Our tour guide highly recommended this place the entry was pretty reasonable about 3.50 euro. It was one of the best museums I have visited.

Another fantastic display of ancient Greeks' art and artifacts - this time the islands. Collection is of reasonable size - quite manageable for an average visitor. It is also a very pleasant space to seek shelter from the heath of Athens.

The entrance is in a side way but not too diffucult to find. The exhibition starts at the top floor, is airconditioned, and has a lot of interesting items, also some interactive items which the kids liked very much. We liked it very much. It has no cafetaria no longer so take with you a bottle of water!

This museum is not very easy to find but worth a visit. With arts from 3000 BC found on the islands of Crete, Cypros, Naxos and others is a reaffirmation of the historical finds of the same era who are in the Acropolis Museum and in the National Archaeology.

A great museum, not too big, with a set of outstanding collections. The displays are really well done, bringing to life an ancient past.
