Everything was fine, just one thing, we were in lower floors and we didn't have a good view of the city from there :(
Do not use indoor pool, you have to pay for it, and we didn't enjoy it, we were family with teens, they wanted to play, talk and swim, but an old lady there shouted at us and said " be quiet, here is for relaxing, don't make waves in pool, I want to walk in this pool, here is a spa and you have to be quiet in this place". When I talked to a woman who was responsible in that place she just smiled at me. We have paid for using the pool but we couldn't enjoy it at all :(

Room Tip: Higher floors of course.

This was a wonderful hotel. Very big and bright lobby, check in was fast and efficient. Rooms are nice with a lovely balcony outside. The executive lounge faces the Acropolis and also has an outside balcony. There is a rooftop restaurant with outdoor seating for dinner or a late night drink. The gym is attached to the spa, and is a nice facility. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Metro stop is across the street and can take you to the airport. In all, a lovely hotel and a very high recommendation.

Before setting off on a cruise from the nearby Pireaus port, we wanted to spend a few days in Athens. We were looking for a nice resort hotel near all the attractions. The Athens Hilton met our needs perfectly. The room was modern and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The service from the front desk, housekeeping and the porters was top notch. The amazing olympic-sized pool may have been the highlight. There are several good restaurants on-site, with the rooftop dining option offering amazing views of the Acropolis. The ground level Greek restaurant had amazing food and was very reasonably priced. All in all, the perfect spot to stay. And the room rates were far more reasonable than other 4 and 5 star hotel alternatives that we had initially investigated.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms face the Acropolis, which is beautifully illuminated at night.

We were blown away by the Hilton Athens hotel. The modern lobby grabs you immediately and the rest of the hotel is equally spectacular. Our room was gorgeous and the large bathroom with rainfall shower was just what we needed after a long trip. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop bar and watched the sunset overlooking the Acropolis. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer! Luxury and hospitality in a soothing and relaxing environment. We will definitely stay at the Hilton Athens again when we return to Greece!

First time ever in a hotel have I experienced that they charge you 15 euro for using their gym. This is basic facility that Iook for. No tooth brushes were provided but when I asked for closest supermarket the receptionist asked what I needed to buy I told him about my tooth brush problem. He told me that inside the hotel there was a pkace to buy them for 4 euro!!!! The next day when I took a stroll in the area there were several mini market. What a RIP OFF!!!

The room was otherwise nice and clean with a balcony. But during my stay I got a feeling that some personell treated guests differently. My kids were told to calm down whilst "white" kids could do exactly the same thing at the pool. The waiters by the pool were very nice. This was from the "cool" life guard.

Breakfast could be more exciting. Also on our first day during arrival our room was not ready so we decided to have lunch at the hotel. Without even offering us the menu the waiter recommended the buffet. 38 euro for a poor quality buffet with a semi smiling waiter. To expensive for that buffet. We have had much better for the same price elsewhere.

The sad thing is we felt a little bit discriminated during our stay so we will not be back for sure. Best part is the pool and the room. I don't like the feeling that they want to try to get as muvh money as possible from you especially the gym which wasn't even big or well equipped compared to other hotels I've been to and no wifi.

Dear tastingU

Thank you for your valuable feedback and for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention.

it is with concern to read that you felt discriminated, and I would like to ensure you that such behavior is definitely not tolerated.

With regards to your experience at the pool, I would like to remind you that the lifeguard is there to protect our guests and any instructions are for the safety and the comfort of our guests.

Furthermore, our gym is offered complimentary to our HHonors Silver, Gold and Diamond guests, as well as all guests staying in Executive floor rooms and suites.

The Byzantino buffet has been known for its variety and high quality ingredients and it is quite surprising to read that it was not to your satisfaction.

We regret if we have not met your expectations. We do hope you will give us the chance to prove to you on your future stay, that our services are higher to the ones you describe.

I stayed there for a week family holiday hotel and pool facility was very nice however I really need to mentioned in breakfast they really need to change the toaster machine you have to put the bread 10 times before you get proper toast it wasn't just me it was lot of other guest getting annoyed and I also spoke to the staff they just smiled at me and did nothing about it .And I was very disappointed with the fact that every year we have my daughter birthday in another country and stay at hilton and my husband always email them to order a cake and book table he did these time and he specific ask for roof terrace bar when we got there staff did not have clue about anything even after we told them about the cake and then my husband had to show them email and after showing the email one of the staff got a chic to tell us for 50 year anniversary none of us look 50 years old very disappointed previous year we stayed at Dubai hilton and they went the extra mile the table was ready with nice rose petals and balloons and happy birthday banner and lastly I would like to mention when I got back and checked my bill I realise even though I paid my bill with debit card they still charge me 1percent when it should be only charged if you pay by credit card .
