I stayed there 2 nights for business.
The staff was really cool, even patient and waiting for me to finish my beer while the bar was supposed to be closed.
Rooms where absolutely clean, very nice corridors, and perfect location.

We recently finished a 9 night stay in Greece. The first 2 nights were spent in Athens touring the city, seeing the sights, and taking in the culture and history of the ancient city. What makes this hotel the best choice for staying in Athens is its location. It is directly across the street from the temple of Zeus and within a short walk of just about everything you need to do while in athens, the temple, the stadium, the acropolis, the plaka, the museum all very easy to get to an from at the AGH. From the rooftop restaurant and bar you can get an amazing view of the acropolis and the temple while you have any meal of the day or a night cap.

The hotel itself is very well kept. The staff all speak English pretty well and are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all well appointed and very clean. You wont be spending much time in your room while you are in Athens and for that reason the rooms and hotel are perfect. What makes the hotel special is the location and all that it allows you to do in order to make the most of your time in Athens

Room Tip: I would stay away from the top floor because the rooftop bar is busy all day, other than that cant g...

Stayed here for a couple of nights and chose it on the back of location and good reviews on Tripadvisor and it didn't let us down. Location is what makes it special - it is just across the road from the Temple of Zeus, and from the rooftop bar and restaurant you look up to the Acropolis - which is then only a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout and able to hold luggage etc when we arrived early or had a late departure. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a real plus and the food (both breakfast and dinner) were very good. The only drawbacks is that it does have two very small lifts, which can at times take an age to arrive at your floor, but fortunately it's not a bad walk either up or down via the stairs, and generally everyone arrives at breakfast around the same time, so it can get busy in the restaurant in the mornings. Overall though I'd certainly recommend - it's hard to beat this location and the staff/service was really good.

Room Tip: The rooms at the front overlook the Temple of Zeus (which is hard to beat as a view), although the h...

This hotel is perfect if you don't plan to spend much time in your room and want to get the most from your time in Athens. Don't get me wrong -- the rooms are clean, well laid out and decorated in calm tones. But the real benefit is the location. The rooftop has an amazing view and the staff is very helpful, particularly the bell men. It was an ideal spot for our brief stop in Athens and I would feel confident recommending it to anyone as a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Rooms with views are a little extra and if you face the main street it's a little noisy but fun...

This is a fabulous hotel in Athens, Greece. Our room was so clean and comfortable!! We ate our first night there at the rooftop restaurant and the view was incredible and the food was excellent!!
We loved everything about this hotel! Rooms are small but so comfy and the staff was so friendly and helpful!! This hotel is a great location. Can walk to the Platka and many great restaurants!! Fabulous views from the rooftop restaurant of the Acropolis!! The rooms can be noisy!! It's like styling in a room in NYC!!! So cool!!! We loved it and hope to return ASAP!!! Fabulous breakfast buffet as well!!!

Room Tip: We stayed in a room facing Zues's Temple and the street. It was a great view but there was a ver...

Location, location, location -- yep, this is just about perfect in terms of accessing the Acropolis and many interesting little streets right next to the hotel. The elevator is a bit small, and sometimes is not too available, as in morning buffet time. However, once you Get to the buffet, it is absolutely excellent -- on the room of the hotel, some inside tables, some outside, and certainly one of the most scrumptious breakfasts ever: everything hot, great variety, featuring those very tasty eggs with the bright yellow yolks! The staff was very gracious when they accommodated our room change request, since the rooms facing the main street are a bit noisy. People honk their horns a bit in Athens, and wow, are there a few noisy motorcycles. In the back of the hotel, we slept like babies.

Room Tip: Request a room in the back of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, the view out the fro...

Hotel is in a great location for site seeing, rooftop breakfast has a nice view. Housekeeping did a nice job and the bed was comfortable. Room was modern and they gave us a welcome bottle of wine. We did the hop on/hop off bus tour for getting around Athens and then we realized that where the hotel was located we could have just walked everywhere or used the subway which was easy to figure out.
