We stayed with some friends 5 months ago. All were excellent, superb food, service. Rooms need a bit of local decoration. Apart this excellent.
I suggest the hotel for all occasions.

Thank you staff!!!

Spent 4 nights at this hotel upon arrival and one night before heading home and could not find fault. The rooms are on the smaller size as other ta members have commented however little time was spent in the room as the location is the big advantage to this hotel. Overlooking both temple of Zeus and the Parthenon and within easy walk of all the other big attractions. Hop on-off bus a few doors away and plaka district and restaurants easy walk. The rooms whilst compact were clean and tidy. We were on the 4th floor overlooking Zeus and the road noise was not a problem. Breakfast buffet was small but adequate, did not have dinner at the restaurant but did call in for a few drinks and watched the sunset. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. If you are claustrophobic take the stairs not the elevators :) Wifi free and good from the restaurant and lounge but no reception in the rooms.

Room Tip: Level 4 overlooking Zeus amazing.... the memories are still fresh in my mind

This hotel had a great location within walking distance to all the sights in the centre of the Athens. The views from the rooftop for breakfast of the acropolis and the temple of Zeus were amazing. The rooms have balconies, but for the best view you need to book a room at the front of the hotel, although the back rooms have no street noise. The hotel has been tastefully redecorated and I liked the touch of having lavender on the bed upon arrival. My only complaint being the air conditioning was not working efficiently. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Choose a room at the front of the hotel for better views, but a back room for less street noise.

Great location and the views are amazing from roof top bar.
Great vibe in the bar at night time.
Rooms are small but perfect for a city break. Modern, fresh decor.
Good price for what you get, restaurant is also good but very little greek food which was a pity.

This hotel is a wonderful and perfectly packaged 4 star very suitable for a long weekend break. The decor is modern and chic. The staff were very professional. The rooms are compact and slightly tight but you are bang in the middle of the city so that is to be expected. At least you get a balcony for breathing space. There is nothing on the TV apart from the news - but this is not a bad thing since you are on a holiday and shouldn't be watching TV anyway!

The roof garden was absolutely lovely. The view is inspirational. Breakfast was ok. Be warned, the walls in this hotel are paper thin; so you can hear everything going on in other rooms. Yes that does include couples next door.

It is very annoying that free internet is only available in the lobby and on the roof garden. But in hindsight this does force you to question your addictive internet habits. In all I would say that this hotel was absolutely worth the money that a friend and I paid and we had no complaints.

Room Tip: Room 409 is good if you are not fussy about having a back street facing balcony.

Positives:
Location - short walk to Acropolis and the museum. Right across street from Temple of Zeus
Clean
Breakfast - amazing views and the food was better than I expected even though it was just typical fare.
Staff was friendly and did their jobs well

Negatives:
Noise - others have said you need to get a room away from the street. They are right. I checked in late (after midnight). They had no other rooms. There was not a 15 second interval all night that a car did not drive by or honk their horn. At 3:30am I asked for a room change but was given ear plugs since they were sold out. This was a first. It helped a little.
A/C - not adjustable
Pillows - were not very good (I prefer softer)

Not hotels fault but be careful of taxis over charging. The staff at the hotel gave me an approximate price for a trip and it was twice the amount. I checked with a local and the hotel staff gave the correct amount the driver just over charged (he would not turn on his meter when I asked).

Room Tip: Like others have mentioned try to get a room away from the main street. It is very loud all night a...
