I spent a week at this hotel whilst teaching at the University of Athens. It's conveniently located for public transport, and about 20-30 minutes walk from the centre of the campus (up some fairly steep hills.)
Rooms at the front of the hotel are fairly spacious; those at the rear are more numerous, more variable in shape and size. Most (perhaps all) rooms have balconies. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean & with good quality breakfast buffet. I didn't try the restaurant but have no reason to believe it wouldn't be good and there's a number of reasonable places to eat within 10 minutes walk.
The downside is that my room felt airless; it had efficient air conditioning but one really wanted to open the windows. Most of the time this made the room too noisy. Noise seemed to be a common problem. I was located near the lifts and a cleaner's cupboard, and noise from guest bathrooms adjacent and above seemed to be omnipresent. Some of my colleagues also complained of noisy rooms, but they were rapidly relocated by staff when they complained.More
