Having stayed in many five star hotels around the world, this is not anywhere near the same standard. The rooms are tired, we had to ask to move because of noise, it's out of the centre of Athens, the pool has no shaded areas, you have to pay extra to use the gym and sauna. We gave it a try because some reviews said it was good. It is not worth the money and you would be better to look in other areas for better deals. Those who've said it is the best hotel have not stayed in very many to make this comparison. We were amused at the sign which said it belonged to the great hotels of the world.

Room Tip: If you stay on some floors you will have noise all day because of ongoing renovations. Check before...

We had a short, one night stay in the hotel during our visit to Greece. Located in a good part of Athens. Also amenities are pretty good. front desk is very helpful. Good business centre 24hr. Can recommend to any one. Certainly value for money.

Room Tip: Nothing to add.

A nice hotel with excellent attentive staff. The room decor was sadly showing its age with some cracks and water damage evident in the bathroom. What made up for this was the rooftop pool; which was great and that the room came with free WiFi.

Whist I stayed there was renovation works taking place on the 5th floor, gladly they did not start work until 9 each morning. However, if you are looking for a sleep-in after a big night or long flight; you wont get it.

My biggest gripe was to use the gym you will have to pay an additional 12euro per day surcharge! - Ridiculous.

I spent two weekends at this hotel. It is modern and well presented but I had the misfortune to have my room ransacked while I was there and my camera and laptop stolen. The hotel investigated but it took 6 hours before I was able to meet with hotel management who were more focused on convincing me that the hotel staff could not possibly have been involved. Needless to say I left the hotel without my problem being resolved. I spent 12 nights in Greek hotels during my vacation and this was the worst one of them all. I cannot recommend it in any way.

We joined Insight Holiday and we are assigned to this hotel. There is no Wi-Fi in the room except in the lobby. The metro is about 8 minutes walk from the hotel and the reception staff (depends on which staff) are generally helpful. One of the reception lady is exceptionally helpful and courteous! There is nothing much around the hotel, except one restaurant (Oroscopo) just around the corner of this hotel which food is exceptionally nice! Breakfast is acceptable, especially the cream pie!

The view from the top of the @ the swimming pool is nice during the sunset.

I have been in this hotel for business trip from August 4th till August 7th 2014. The hotel location is great, only 3 or 4 kilometer to syntagma square the center of Athens (Taxi 's fare is 3.14 Euro). the hotel is only 250 meter from the metro station.
very helpful staff except that they forgot the wake up call for the group.
Rooms are clean and spacious & if you took room in level in the 7th or 8th you will see the Acropolis.
Meeting room:
meeting room in the 9th floor with a great view over the Acropolis. well equipped although the microphones are wired.
Pool is small but face the sky (9th floor) and also view the acropolis. It is excellent for relaxation. but not for swimmers.
Excellent with many varieties (you should try the cherry pie).
Overall rate for this hotel is excellent in terms of location, view & service.

Overrated - the bedrooms are not five star as claimed.
Old, tired, charging for WiFi; shabby; Acropolis glimpses aren't views.
But breakfast is good.
Breakfast room marble flooring positively dangerous.
Pool apparently a highlight - not experienced.
