Very good hotel in a convenient location, close to the Victoria metro station and central station.
The staff were absolutely great, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Vicky for a job well done.
The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices.
The rooftop pool and bar are brilliant and offer a great view of the Acropolis at night.
Three things need improvement. The corridors are way too dark and need additional lighting. The showers need shower curtains to prevent water splashing all over the floor. The bathrooms in general could use a facelift and better ventilation.

Our recent stay at Radisson Blu Park Hotel Athens was very pleasant. The Staff is the real star of this hotel. They were always ready to help and most courteous at all the times. I forgot my phone in the hotel room and realized it only when I was at the checking counter at the airport. I called the gentleman at front desk and explained him the situation. Not only he personally went to my room and found the phone he also immediately arranged for a taxi to deliver that phone to me at the airport. My whole experience of the hotel was elevated with this act of kindness and the very best customer care. I don’t know the name of the front desk gentleman who helped me otherwise I would have sent a personal note of thanks to him.
Other than the staff - the roof top restaurant is really good. The view from there is breathtaking. Please do make a point to have at least one dinner there. Location is convenient. It is not the most tourist central location (except for the Archeological museum) but then nothing is “too” far in Athens. Victoria station is very nearby. The room was also ok, nothing exceptional or bad about it.

The hotel is considered a 4-star hotel and it is questionable. The location is surrounded by a main road in front and apartments and small stores on the sides. As is common in Athens, the city is congested and badly planned resulting in buildings so close to each other and same is true about this hotel. As a result, tour buses and taxis will drop one away from the hotel which forces one to walk a few blocks.

The hallway has a very dark carpet and walls are painted dark making it look the halway small and dark. In addition, the lights are so dim making it hard to see the door number and the door lock.

The hotel does not provide complimentary water or other beverages. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in which nothing is provided. However, instead of paying a higher price to the hotel, one can walk down (left turn) the street and buy water at the market price.

The breakfast which is served on the 8th floor of hotel is good and the view of the city from the 8th floor is fantastic.

The room has also dark carpet which makes it smaller than it really is. The mattress is thin and very uncomfortable. They only provide two small pillows which are not enough to give a head a good lift.

Room Tip: Room in the back of the hotel is quieter.

Dear mgtprofessor,

We really appreciate the time you spend to send us your comments and observations.

I definitely agree with you that Athens is a crowded city, but I am sure that it’s not the only one and for that reason the team of our hotel gives the best of themselves to make our guests feel comfortable, relaxed and more than welcomed. Furthermore, our staff is always willing and ready to serve every need of our guests. I’m glad that you enjoyed the view from our roof garden, as well as our super breakfast, which are two of our great tools. Location is also another one because it gives the opportunity to our guests to visit most of the famous attractions in the capital with the least hassle as everything is close and the variety of transportation choices contributes to saving time.

Overall, I would like to assure you that all your feedback will be noted and delivered to all the relevant departments.

Thank you once more and we look forward to having you again.

Not that it is that bad hotel, but when I compare it to Radisson in other places like Dubai, even Sofia,I am surprised. It is just a little tired although lobby and halls went under renovation.
If this was a four star hotel at 100 euro per night,I would say- perfect for what it is

Staff was very nice and helpful. They also helped reserve our day trip to Delphi. They have a great rooftop restaurant by the pool with a lovely view of the city. BUt the best views are at the rooftop bar with view of the Acropolis, The breakfast included a good variety of breads, cheeses, hams, juices and fruits as well as the regular pancakes, eggs, etc. We were surprised the rooms were a little dated and the shower door is very unusual - it doesn't close all the way and the bathroom was flooded each time we showered. Overall, it was a good experience.

Room Tip: choose business rooms on 7th floor to avoid traffic noise but you will hear some noise in the mornin...

We arrived one day early for a tour so we only spent one night here, but overall the experience was very good. The hotel could use some freshening up but we found the public areas, restaurant, and room to be very clean. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Greece, with a good selection attractively presented, I would definitely recommend including the breakfast with your reservation. We also had a light dinner in the restaurant and it was very good also.

Location is convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of the Plaka but easily accessible by taxi or on foot. We walked all around the area and felt very safe, in fact we felt safe everywhere we went in Athens, most of it on foot.

I feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone.

Stayed three nights in June 2014.

My room was small but ok. The A/C worked well and the bed was ok, althought I like larger pillows. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

The breakfast was the usual, nothing spectacular. I am kind of tired of hotel breakfasts. The best thing with the breakfast was the views from the breakfast room.

I never used the rooftop pool because it was only open between 10:00 and 18:00. The rooftop bar was nice though.

The location of this hotel is not the most central one but I like to walk so that was not a problem for me. This is an ok hotel but far from the best Radisson that I have stayed in.
