“Very good hotel, superb location”
Reviewed 13 July 2013

This nice hotel is located right next to syntagma square - a short walking distance from all main attraction in Athens. The rooms are big and very clean, the staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast is great. I'm happy to recommend it!

I've stayed 4 times in one month (june, 2013). Clean, good breakfast, located on a very good region (a few minutes walking to the best touristic places). The control of the air conditioned does not work very well. DON´T HAVE free wi-fi (5,00 euros per day), just one computer without time control. Impossible to use.

This hotel doesnot have much character but its very centrally located in Syntagma Square within walking distance of all the main Athens attractions. The staff were helpful & friendly, service was good & the rooms had very good amenities. Very good value for the price

What a lovely hotel with a Staff that were so courteous. Loved that we could walk to the Plaka and it was also the pick up place for our Chat Tours.

I loved that they were saving on electricity by having the hall lights at low level only to brighten when the sensors detected humans in the halls.
The breakfast is grand and your simply couldn't ask for such fresh fare.

First and foremost, this hotel is excellently located:

To/From airport: Take the airport bus (X95, I think) for 10EURO/pax and just sit until the final stop. once you get off the bus, make a left hand turn, walk to the first intersection (10 meters or yard) and make a right hand turn then walk another ~100 meters or yards and you're at the hotel! Easy!

To get to the Acropolis is about 15min walk down the main road and along the way you're see Temple of Zeus and if you walk out of the way you'll see where they held the first Olympics. Plaka, an area full of shop and food is 10mins walk. The main Market is about 15min walk. Very good location indeed.

If you like to jog then directly opposite the hotel is the National Gardens, it's open from sunrise to sunset. Free of charge. My wife and I go there for a morning jog, a "big loop" is about 1.5k and there's lots of friendly joggers. However, the paths are dirt and pebbles so bring trail running shoes instead of road shoes.

Breakfast was very good in our opinion, it's not the most selection but the food served was quite good and we enjoyed it tremendously.

The WiFi is good, they do claim that they will charge your 10 EUR/24 hours but lucky we never got charged. You do have to ask the front desk to give you a password for WiFi login.

Rooms itself is very clean, the balcony face the main street can get very noisy (at least for me) so we didn't sit outside often. Water pressure was good and staff was really friend.

We enjoyed it so much that after we came back from our Santorini hop we decided to stay here one more night before we catch our plane. Again, really enjoyed our time and would come back again.

Room Tip: We had a classic room and then a deluxe room, in our opinion, there isn't any noticeable differe...

Close to the Plaka, within walking distance of Acropolis and Acropolis Museum, and opposite National Gardens. Transport very good, and Antiquities Museum was a short tram ride away. DON'T have a drink in the cafe in museum gardens - very expensive. Unfortunately we were given a side room looking at the wall of the building next door. Good breakfast and service..

Within walking distance from the plaka district and the acropolis. Directly facing parliament building and the national gardens. This hotel is well positioned for a tourist. Rooms are spacious and clean with some commanding a great view of the national gardens and parliament building. Reception staff are helpful. Biggest downfall is that the rooms with a great view are fairly noisy because of outside traffic so it could be a distraction when trying to sleep.
