Our check in was smooth and the room was spacious and very clean. It had bathrobes and slippers and a mini-fridge bar. The staff at the Desk, the waitstaff at the bar, and the housekeeping staff were all very attentive and congenial. The location of the hotel makes it a perfect spot for walking about. The Palace Gardens is across the street and the bazaar not more than a 10 minute walk. And walk we did! We watched the hourly changing of the guards and it was very impressive. I am blown away by these over 6 ft. tall gents stand stark still for an hour - allowed to make leg excercises part of their pomp and circumstance. I recommend a view of this as it will humble you for your impatience in every day activities. The prices at the bazaars are very reasonable and they expect a lively exchange of haggling. I am not comfortable at this but they encourage it - go for it! For the hotel, we ate breakfast every morning(included) and it was so filling it got us through to dinner. Fruits of every kind, eggs cooked many ways, yogurts, meats, pastries, coffees, teas and so much more. It is a value worth it's weight for sure!

Room Tip: Try not to get a room with a balcony they all face the noisy street. Ear plugs help.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The team were awesome from the time of booking and the time we were there. The location was in the middle of everything and the room had everything we needed with a great bed. The breakfast was outstanding and had more selection than you could want. The views to the Acropolis especially at night was good too. Perfect stay!!! Thank you

We stayed here for one night before moving onto a more expensive hotel for next few days (already booked ahead of time) to save money. Since we were going to arrive at 10:20 PM at the airport and by the time we would get to the hotel it would be past midnight so there was no point to book an expensive hotel on the arrival night.

However; in hind sight we could have stayed here all of our stay as this hotel is at an excellent location - walking distances from Syntagma square. The Parliament house is right next door. If you get a room over looking the Parliament house, you can also see the "Change of Guards" every hour from your room. Alternatively, if the room is not facing the Parliament house, you can view the same from the roof top.

From the airport, the taxi fare is 35 Euors; however if you arrive the hotel (not departure but arrival) at or after midnight, the taxis charge 50+ Euros. It is said that from midnight to 6:00AM, the taxis charge 1.6X the metered fare. Additionally, each piece of luggage is 50 pence. The taxi drivers in Athens are not very honest. Our drive could have easily gotten us to the hotel before mid night but he deliberately drove slower so he would arrive after midnigth.

As stated earlier, the hotel location is ideal and perfect. Several other key places such as Plaka, famous staircase restaurants, and shopping district are all walking distances. There is also a McDonald near by which is usually crowded though.

The hotel is clean and the room sizes are decent for two people. The Wifi connection is strong and the breakfast is outstanding. We were surprised with the breakfast spread and also custom order of scrambled eggs or Omelettes as per your choice

Unless the hotel is full and charges more than 250 Euros, this is an excellent value for money Hotel and its location. The front desk is friendly and courteous so is the breakfast staff - always eager to serve and provide the best service.

I chooses this hotel because the location is just a few hundred meters from Syntagma Square Station which there is train from Athens Airport. But we took a taxi instead.

The room is good , big enough for 2 persons, good reception staffs, good breakfast. It is worth us every penny that we spent.

Recommend to anyone want a good location and facility.

An excellent hotel in a great location central to all the fabulous sites in this lovely city. Welcoming reception staff, clean and well equipped room. Breakfast was a veritable cornucopia of delights and all in pleasant surroundings. The hotel is ideally placed, not only for the archeological sites but also transport links and great nearby restaurants. We had a great stay at this hotel and throughly recommend it.

Room Tip: We stayed on the side of the hotel and had great sleep quality. Room 511
