When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel had upgraded us for free to a much bigger room. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful - one desk employee took time to explain to us exactly which buses to get wrote them all down on a map for us, and answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel itself is about a 20-25 minute walk from the major ancient sites, so well situated.

If we come back to Athens we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Very lovely hotel - spectacular rooms, quiet part of town, best restaurants around the corner and lovely breakfast! Incredibly helpful staff who always looked after us throughout our stay! Would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed here for one week for business trip and we have a great time . The rooms are very comfortable and the most of them have jacuzzi . The breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Found this hotel as part of a deal online, was ideal for our needs. 20 minute walk from the centre of the tourist area and 15 minutes from tram / underground train-line. Breakfast in the mornings was always plentiful and the rooms were kept in great condition. Only real downside was that the internet in our room was poor. But they had open access computers in lobby if it was needed. A/C unit was a life saver as it was hot upon return. Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. Felt very welcome. Newsagent directly opposite and with a little exploring you can find a cafe or two. Thank you for lovely stay :)

Room Tip: View isn't amazing due to location, and our bed was two smaller beds pushed together, but that w...

Stayed here for one night on arrival in Athens. There isn't much to do near by, can't buy coffee, or much else. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are hard, which is my preference and the rooms were quite small. There are tiny lifts which I didn't feel safe using at all. Breakfast was pretty good, with a large variety. We were able to leave our bags at the front desk after check out, so we didn't have to drag them around with us. And yes, the majority of taxi drivers drivers don't know where it is. There was a good market on in a little park nearby, I believe it is held every Thursday.

The Athens Atrium Hotel was a perfect stay and the most memorable vacation we have ever had. The room was so large and accommodated 3 people perfectly, which had a jacuzzi which was wonderful after a long day touring the most historical sights in Athens. Mr. Dimitris Romanos could not do enough to have our stay be absolutely perfect. He went out of his way from offering suggestions to making numerous phone calls on our behalf. Our waiter was so efficient and friendly and the service was impeccable. When you travel extensively it such a wonderful experience when you had such amazing service that makes you feel you a part of the family!
I would highly recommend this little jewel in Athens...
Thank You again for making this such amazing start to our spectacular vacation!

No bell person, pictures and web page look great but it must have been photographed when they just opened. the room temperature was hot. there was no view of the ocean in some of the photos it shows but it isn't. no gym no pool. no attractions near bye I don't know why the hell my travel agent reserved this room to me. it is definitely not a 4 star. when we checked in and he said there was no bell person, I asked if it was a 4 star and he laughed!!!! don't stay here much more nicer places than this one.

Room Tip: don't stay here
