This was a perfect boutiq hotel, located in a upcoming area of Athens. Good breakfast. We got really nicely welcomed by the staff. Our Greek friend, didnt know where to find it, but when you know, its easy to find back.

PROS: Very convenient location!...you can walk to many of the main attractions eg Acropolis; staff are friendly & helpful; on first night we had dinner in their bar - just lovely & not expensive with discount for hotel guests; breakfast also v good in a room with natural light...they're generous with things missing from some places eg nuts, fresh fruit, beautiful fruit salad, yogurt etc; our room was spacious enough even if view ordinary...think you can pay for a better view?; staff recommended some restaurants a 5 min walk away - not overly touristy & reasonably priced; the staff also organised a taxi from/to airport-good price/nice car with seatbelts/safe driver...worth considering as being a smaller hotel, some drivers might not know it, or pretend not to!...we had that happen in Rome & got ripped off.
CONS...well not really in our opinion...Some reviews noted the urban grunge with lots of graffiti in this area & even called the area "dodgy" but we always felt safe - just watch out for motor bikes/cars of course. We noticed the "neighbours" across from hotel took pride in sweeping out their 2nd hand shop/market & carefully arranging wares - other similar places nearby that are good places to find old copper items! They also clearly enjoy the social side of it all. Walking around this area (& to restaurants) you can see marble kerbs/gutters, beautiful old terraces that are now boarded up & covered with graffiti etc...still many signs of tough times. Similar to parts of many big cities really so none of that bothered us.

We felt perfectly safe in the evening as we walked back to hotel around 9 or 10 pm. There are many people out and about and there's a lively vibrancy in this area minus the touristy consumerism of cheap souvenir shops that you find elsewhere in all big cities. So, we would recommend this hotel & thank the staff for their warm hospitality.

Friendly greeting by reception who upgraded us to a superior junior suite with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The room also had a balcony where we could order room service and enjoy the view of Athens and the Acropolis. Breath taking!

They surprised us with complimentary Greek liquor and traditional Greek appetizers brought to our room. The room is clean and nicely decorated with a contemporary feel. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was wonderful. Staff friendly. They gave us recommendations of sights and restaurants. Great location!

I chose this hotel based on their website and positive reviews. Everything was as it appeared and better. I booked 4 rooms for a group of friends and took advantage of the hotel's early booking, non-refundable discount. I had the hotel arrange the transfer from the airport to the hotel. The cost of the transfer was much less than if we had got a taxi ourselves.and the drivers were wonderful. Upon arriving, we were handed glasses of water. Checkin was easy and we were individually shown to our rooms. A few minutes later a staff member knocked on our door, offering us canapes and Greek shots. Wonderful after flying for 16 hours. Elvis, the front desk fount of information, was eager to help us find places to go and restaurants to dine at. The first restaurant he sent us to (which we got lost trying to find) had really slow service and high prices. Upon returning and telling him about our experience, he said he would find us a better one the next night. It was a Saturday night and there was lots of street noise but it quieted down at 11 pm. Both mornings a delicious breakfast buffet was spread out that was included in the room rate. The restaurant service was tops and our rooms were serviced in the short time we were at breakfast. The location was ideal for walking to the Acropolis and Agora. Elvis found as a wonderful restaurant our second evening. We let the hotel arrange our transfer to the port which saved us some more money. This is an excellent, small hotel that I can highly recommend.

Room Tip: If street noise bothers you, ask for a room off the street.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms are not huge, but they are extremely comfortable with all the amenities you expect from an upscale hotel. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and the location proximity to central Athens simply cannot be beat! I will definitely stay here again when in Athens again and give it the highest recommendation!

Amazing hotel. We were only here for couple of hours but it was really good. Couldn't stay for breakfast but the friendly girl at reception offer a breakfast box.
Loved the welcome canapés and Greek shots.
Really clean and nice bed. What a shame only 1 night here as we loved Athens and also the area around the hotel.

At this hotel for one night on may the 1st. Chosen based on positive reviews on this site. What you see and read is what you get! Small confortable clean hotel, well situated with excellent service at a very reasonable rate! What more can ask? Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Basic rooms on second floor are quite enough with very confortable beds
