Love the staff, breakfast, location and ambiance. No wifi in rooms, only downstairs. Great hotel for 45 Euros! Will stay again but must not be in room facing Syngrou. Also, the hotel is great about storing bags.

For the price and the interior is definitely a good choice. Position is also good, 5 min. walking to Plaka and Acropolis, close to Metro station and street filled with taxis. Included breakfast wasn't the best, but ok. Service is very good. Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast excellent but not open till 8am.
3 flights of stairs from front door to lift (level 1).
Ample sitting space in lounge.
Sex Shop just outside - be prepared if you have to explain to children what those things in the window are.
--Room--
Clean, well maintained.
Small but fine, room for suitcases.
Quiet.

The Acropolis Museum Boutique Hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a warm welcome, helpful staff, comfort and a convenient place to lay your head whilst you're pacing the streets of Athens - without paying over the odds.

Located in the stunning Plaka area, all the major sights are within walking distance for a sightseeing city break. Rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast included in the room rate was lovely, and whilst there aren't tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, you can help yourself to tea/coffee 24/7 from the breakfast room.

We asked for information on day trips from Piraeus Port, which the hotel staff happily helped with as well as booking our taxi pick-up.

We loved it here...simple pleasures are what count!

Located in a very accessible part of Athens is the Acropolis Museum Boutique Hotel. My partner and I visited Athens for a short, off-season holiday, we were delighted to arrive at our charming hotel. We arrived later in the evening by bus due to an issue with the metro and were glad to find reception 24hr manned. Not only manned but with a very polite and helpful receptionist. Its also noteworthy to mention that when the metro is running correctly it is very easy to use and the Akropolis station is a short 5 min walk from the hotel. The room itself is big enough and comfortable for a pair, not sure for a family though. The bathroom is clean and the shower had responsive hot water which is always a bonus. Breakfast here is excellent so if its included, great! If it isn't its a great option! Enjoy your stay.

The location of this hotel is great. I would recommend to couples as rooms are small. We stayed in a double room with 2 small children and it was a bit crowded. My mother stayed in a single room and was very small... But I guess it is Europe.
Service and food great as well.

(+)Great spot to discover Athens, very convenient and close to the metro station. in the centre of Athens but amazingly quiet! Clean hotel, comfortable beds, nice baroque style decorated rooms (I guess because we stayed at the most minimalistic one..). (-) WiFi was not working very well. Breakfast was in an semi-underground level, but its all about point of view. Like an Almodovar movie..

Room Tip: Well sometimes the baroque style can be very "heavy" so ask for a more minimalistic design...
