"Polyvios" (Πολυβιος) is a small souvlaki-restaurant in Drapetsona, near Piraeus port. The place is run by the same family for 3 generations. It is small and plain, it is not fancy and it has no resemblance with the greek-souvlaki-restaurants that serve plastic-food-for-tourists. Mr Vakis, who runs the place now, along with his mother, is the grandson of the first owner of the restaurant. He says that the recipe of their delicious kebab is just the same for more than 70 years now and we believe him. His traditional kebab with pitta is unbelievable and it comes from the old times! Go and taste it!
