Before returning to Athens I realized we left our phone charging cords in the hotel room. I called and they had them in the mail the next day. Staff were pleasant, rooms clean and well decorated, bed comfortable, and the view from the balcony exceptional. The hotel provides a relaxing base for exploring Delphi.

We stayed 2 nights here as a family of 4. Our hotel room was supposed to be a 2 bedroom but really was 2 separate hotel rooms that were adjoining. The room with 2 single beds was fine, had a small but decent bathroom, and a mini fridge. The 2nd room with the double bed was unbelievably small. It fit the bed, a night table, a mini fridge and a small desk with no walking room. The tiny bathroom was difficult to move in. Thankfully, the lobby was very comfy where we spent our time to use our wifi devices and read our books while enjoying the complimentary coffee. The buffet breakfast had a tv in the dining room showing cartoons for the kids was great. Enjoyed the home made honey cakes. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent english. Parking was only on the street which wasn't always easy to find. In retrospect, I would have preferred to stay in another neighbouring town such as Galaxidi and drove to the sites in delphi. Delphi is very small, consisting of really only 2 main streets, and the restaurants were very touristy so we ate at other towns such as Itea.

We stayed as a family of 4 in two rooms. Our room had the most fantastic view over the valley below. The hotel is fine - the rooms were a bit dated but comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from our friend who was on duty during the night and morning who helped serve us breakfast and taught us some words of Albanian. Parking is a battle of squeezing into whatever spot is available on the street. The breakfast was good. An easy walk to the archaelogical site which is the reason you are in Delphi in the first place - the town itself hasn't much to see and feels like it's struggling in the ongoing 'crisis'.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the valley

Excellent hotel if you want to visit to old Delphi site : only 400 meters, and many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Personnel is charming and helpful. The village is not very interesting, but the Agora bar was very nice.

At odds with the previous reviews and the trip advisor certificates that were displayed in reception we were pretty disappointed with Delphi as a whole. On street parking which we expected, no attempt at help with our luggage, had to put our bags in the lift on their own and take the stairs to meet it. Three adults in the very small room, bathroom was extremely small and had to request the third persons linen as it was not provided. Key did not work and was blamed on the mobile phone that we did not have on us as the reason. Airconditioner did not work so had to keep the balcony doors open for ventilation which made it noisy and stuffy to sleep in, tried to contact reception regarding the air con not working when we arrived back at our room in the evening and they took the phone off the hook without answering it after the first attempt at contact. Breakfast was ordinary, could not wait to leave after breakfast, all in all I would not recommend staying in Delphi full stop, the restaurant we went to for dinner took more than half an hour to take our food order that we were about to leave and the food we were served went mostly to the stray cats and dogs that visited our table. Overall we were very disappointed

We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed the peace and beauty of the area. We had a short walk from the bus drop off. The website gave a true picture. The room was comfortable with a good view. Several very good places to eat were across the street. The breakfast was very good with a variety of cold foods and wonderful lattes. The homemade cakes were excellent. The sitting area of the lobby was a fun place to chat with other guests. The air conditioning was not turned on, but since it was early June we did not miss it.
The walk to the historical site was about half a mile, but it was interesting. Earlier in the morning it was pleasant. The site at Delphi got very hot as the day progressed so take water.
We were very happy with our stay and glad we choose the hotel instead of a day trip from Athens.

Room Tip: Ask for a second floor room.
