My partner and I live in Istanbul and so we're always on the lookout for good beer on our travels because of the lack of it there. As we wandered aimlessly around our 'hood' we were drawn in by the Beeri-Beeri sign.
Once we saw they had Franziskhaner, as well as more than a dozen other well known European beers we were set.
After a couple of beers we ordered some food with the help of the extremely friendly owner. Everything we ordered was delicious, unique and cooked in front of us by the owner herself - don't leave here without trying the potatoes in mustard sauce or the hot dog!
If you're in Chania, you're not a waterfront tourist and you enjoy real beer then you need to get yourself to Beeri-Beeri.
