Invited to Fanari for lunch over the weekend. Three couples with 6 kids. They were not very busy because, I guess it is out of season. The tavern is very child friendly. The food was great as usual. We order a whole lot of platters which we all shared. The kids had spaghetti with mince. I really enjoyed the pork stew done in the tomato sauce. The fried Greek cheese is always a winner. They served us a local organic red and a white wine which was very good considering it is homemade. The wine complimented the various meat stew we ordered. We finished off with the homemade Halwa for dessert. We decided to all split the bill. Great food for Great value.
