I realy enjoy this hotel for differents reasons. The first one is the staff's hospitality, they are always smiling, and the most important they speak very well foreign languages. They are always ready to serve you.
The rooms are wonderfull, especialy the bathroom and the very big beds. They are appropiated for night activities. The rooms are very silent and you have a such beautifull view on your balcony. Your dive in a wall of vegetation. The rooms are daily clean up.
Concerning the food, you have an huge choice of different european gastronomy.
The other customers are very nice you can make meeting on the side of the pool other the night in the bar.
The city is very intersting too, the old town is so pretty.

Finally if you want to find a place where you can relax, you don't have other choice to go to Atlantis hotel

This hotel is fantastic ! The rooms are wonderfull, you can be on your balcony and believe yur are in the jungle. The vegetation overwhelm the other rooms so you have the feeling you are alone . The rooms are really pleasant, very clean (daily roomservice), the layout is very good especially the bathroom which is very romantic;
The staff is always smilling, ready to serve you and overcomes foreign languages.
The pool and the beach are very nice and clean, the proximity with the city (about 15min) are very interresting if you want to get a ride to the old city.
For concusion, this hotel is a really good one, if you go to Rethymno you must go in.

The service was outstanding and the personnel very friendly and polite. Big variety in the buffets for breakfast and dinner. The food was prepared and cooked in the hotel premises and it was delicious. There is also room service available. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They all have flat screen TV's and A/C. The hotel is situated on the beach and both the sea view and the pool view are incredible! It is only a short drive from the city center, but you can actually walk it if you feel like it! There is a pool for adults and a seperate one for children. The pool bar is open all day long and you can enjoy your drinks in the pool or on the beach. The beach of the hotel is very clean and tidy and there are sunbeds and umbrellas that you can hire. You can order your drinks while sitting on the beach. The manager offers lemonade and fruits on the beach every now and then! Since I was travelling with my young child, I found it very handful and thoughtful that there is a playing ground in the hotel (see photo).

Room Tip: The best rooms are the ones located around thepool

I came here on a personal recommendation, so already disposed to like the place, but then I discovered for myself that it really deserves all the praise! It is not only an excellent location - a leisurely stroll along the promenade will take you into the breathtakingly beautiful centre of Rethymnon in 20 minutes and the lovely beach is just opposite. The entire site is extremely attractive - a beautiful pool, spacious and pretty rooms and a lovely, intimate garden-like setting. The staff are very polite and attentive, and if you meet the owners you know they simply love what they do... The most magical experience is taking a drink on the terrace at sundown, watching the sun set over the Venetian harbour...
