We have been there in April 2013. There is free natural bath on the right side of the beach of the Loutra - you can find it by hot water from springs which run down to the beach by small aqueduct and flow out to a "bath" which is de-facto part of the beach (5 meters in diameter) surronded by stones. So you can sit in the sandy "bath" around 30-70 cm. depth to which from the aqueduct come very hot water - and mixed with sea water which comes through the stones barrier from the sea side. It is very pleasant experience, you can sit in more or less hot water as you move closer to springs or closer to the sea - also you can sit on warm stones with legs in hot water... Just don't forget to have good clothes to go back after hot bath! And don't come here by bike (for the same reason). I think there could be maximum 7 persons at the same time. Locals use it as bath for sitting there and around sometimes - so be ready for this. But that is really worth to see and experience.
