The setting may not be the best as it is a simple restaurant on an alley, that belongs to a hotel. Nothing special or luxurious but the food is very good and delicious. The food is greek, well cooked, made with parian ingredients. You will be able to taste there dishes that you will may not find in another restaurant as the owners are from Paros and it is not a touristic place to eat.

Minoa is located in the back lays of Naousa tuck in the back of the town it is run by the most wonderful local family one of the few original Naoussans still running a taverna in town. The Wife Helena and her husband run the place and will sit you and explain what´s on the menu. Mother and father do all the cooking. The food is very good large portions traditional local wine and food. The service is very good and every thing is served with love and attention. There is a nice large Terrace in the front of the restaurant slightly raised above the pedestrian area so it's a great place to people watch. I had every thing wine starters salad Maine corse and desert and it was all under €15 a bargain for Naoussa. I was greeted with love and served with care and it was hard to say good bye. I found the stuff beefsteak a beef patty stuffed with feta chess particularly good but there is so much on the menu that was good that if I start I will never stop,

The courtyard dining area is beautiful and romantic, the service was attentive without being overbearing a friendly host who if you so desire will escort you to the kitchen to select your dish. The prices were reasonable, and the food was simply divine. Highly recommended. I believe it was one of the 1st restaurants in Naoussa a family run clean and inviting place to eat some of the best food we have eaten on our second visit to Naoussa. We went back tonight after a great meal last night well worth wandering the side street near the bakery and church to find it.

If you find yourself in Paros, I highly recommend you wander the charming alleys to the Minoa Restaurant. Theodor will take you to the kitchen to show you what he recommends for the evening. Ask him about his wines. Greece is not typically known for excellent wines, but Theodor has a local red that was outstanding. Dining on the patio under a full moon with food that is simply delicious. My best meal while in the islands.
