We stayed here one night and had a good experience. The room was not ready when we arrived (we were very early), but the front desk was very helpful in giving us a time to be back (2 hours before regular check in) and helping us to find what we needed in town. They even pulled out a map to mark the best walking route.
The location was good, with a lot of things within walking distance - we walked to the "castle", waterfront, small Catholic Church, grocery store, plane tree of Hippocrates...
The room was large and also had a very large bathroom. The toiletries were OK - nothing special. Bring your own conditioner or buy a bottle in Greece for your stay (only 1 in 5 hotels that we stayed in had conditioner). I found a large bottle of Pantene at a small market, used it while we were there, and then left it at our last hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive. They really try to appeal to a broad range of people - cereals, breads, fresh fruit, olives, tomatoes, Greek yogurt, honey, cold cuts, cheese, other things.
There is a small pool in a sort of courtyard - surrounded on 3 sides by walls. We didn't use it - it looked like it does not get much sun. We also saw a hot tub out there.
