Castelo Beach Hotel has a perfect accomodation with all facilities . Enjoyed Greek and International food with ouzo and local wine in its Cafeteria. They picked me up from the port when i arrived without any fee. This Hotel is right on the Beach of Panteli with its private beach.
Room was very clean with all amenities. Rented a car from Hotel to explore the island , swim some of the exotic beaches of LEROS Island . Hope , i will visit Castelo Beach Hotel again at coming years .

Room Tip: All rooms are with large Balconies faced to the Aegean Sea and Panteli Beach and Marina. Some room...

We booked this hotel almost a year ago and have enjoyed showing friends the pictures of our future trip. Everyone was wowed. We had taken a previous trip to Greece that included the typical stops in Santorini, Mykonos and Athens but this was to an island that no one had heard about. The Castelo blew us away. The attention to detail was very impressive. We loved the included breakfast (thanks so much George) and spending some lazy time on the balcony as we took in the view. We want so much to go back but it is a difficult itinerary. If you can find a way then I highly recommend.

Room Tip: We loved the suite.

This was a 2 night stop on an island hopping holiday with teenage kids in tow. If we could have rearranged our holiday to stay longer we would absolutely have done so, this hotel is perfect.
We got a call on the morning we were due to arrive from the fabulous Sutanna asking what boat we were coming in on so the courtesy vehicle could be there at the port to pick us up and drive the short distance to the hotel. The hotel is a gorgeous Castle folly with the theme followed throughout. We were in adjacent top (2nd) floor rooms over looking the sea. Effective AC in this very hot period in August. Lovely balconies. Hard to explain it, but they just managed to anticipate exactly what you need in the room and provide it. We'd been to a string of other 2,3 and 4 star hotels on this trip and always had minor gripes (nowhere to put bottles in shower, hairdryer as effective as blowing, nowhere provided to dry swimsuits etc on balcony, AC cuts out in the night etc), all here was perfect.
There is a fridge in each room loaded with water, coke, wine - all complimentary.
There is free wifi all over, including on the beach which is immediately adjacent to the hotel. A teenager's idea of heaven.
Despite being fully booked the hotel always felt under occupied as so comfortably facilitated.
AND, the breakfasts!
We love Greece, but sometimes breakfasts fall a little short. We had the very best breakfast ever here. Real properly made delicious coffee, a large 2 cup pot of real tea. Huge glasses of immediately freshly squeezed orange juice. And bacon and eggs the Savoy could not have challenged. Simple. Served outside looking across the small bay. Perfect. Our best holiday memory from 2 weeks out there.
The hotel is extremely relaxed and friendly. When booking in we noticed a modest display of castle shaped speakers to attach to an ipod, 10 euros each and cute (don't get the idea they are trying to flog you stuff - no shop, not that sort of place). Whilst admiring it we were immediately given one for free as a 'little welcome present'. In fact it was a great little thing and we bought another at the end of the stay.
We ate at the hotel on one of the 2 nights there, good standard Greek fare. Fabulous setting.
Had cocktails at the outside bar, average price, nicely presented.
Pantelli is tiny, there are 2 or 3 other places to eat there. This hotel seems to be the centre of things and there are usually people outside sipping whatever the appropriate drink is for that time of day. V relaxed.
We often intend to return to hotels we have liked. This one is a definite. Interestingly, it was obvious several of our fellow guests were regulars.
Great island too. Friendly and very beautiful. We hired a moped and a quad bike and drove around. Easily arranged from one of the other hotels in Panteli across they road from Castel Beach.
Alter your plans if necessary to go to Leros and stay at this hotel. You will be glad you did.

Room Tip: Hard to get a bad one, all sea facing. We on top floor, great views, few steps to achieve but not th...

We had a great experience long before we arrived. The sisters who run much of the place were wonderful, ready to help with all of our needs in getting us to the island even when we had an unfortunate delay. The hotel itself has a wonderful view and is surrounded by amazing restaurants. We ate at several and liked them all. The price is right and the one tip we would give is to upgrade to a larger room--for not a lot of money (20 euros). The rooms are very luxurious and the larger room is amazing, spacious and with a kitchen. Breakfast is great at the restaurant as they make whatever you like. Thank you to everyone!

Room Tip: Choose the larger room for 20 euros. It is well worth it.

The Castelo Beach Hotel was a haven for us during our extended stay on Leros. We booked quite a few nights accommodation in order to escape from our leaky boat, and a number of friends also stayed here.

As the name suggests the hotel has a medieval theme throughout, but all modern conveniences are provided. The suite contains a kitchenette, fantastic shower with a number of angled jets, four poster bed and of all things, a sauna!

The bed is very firm and made up with crisp white linen. A selection of different sized towels are supplied. Each time we have checked in a little edible gift has been left in the room – a nice touch!

All rooms have a balcony with the most amazing views over Pandeli, the windmills and of course, the castle! Breakfast omelettes on the terrace are a great way to start the day!

The basin spout needs to be a little shorter as water currently sprays everywhere when utilised. Plugs also need to be supplied so the basin can be filled.

Thank you so much to George and his staff for looking after both us, and our friends whilst we’ve been on Leros.

HINT – Be sure to enjoy a meal at the nearby Psarapoulas Taverna

We went to Castello based on recommendation of a friend. The hotel is located on Panteli Beach, a small bay with a series of restaurants and few accomodation opportunities.
The hotel is built like a small castle, the decoration of the rooms are also reflecting the theme. The rooms were spacy, very clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved having breakfast on the terrace, and were served anything we wanted.
The location being directly at the beach is very suitable for families with children. Once you are on the beach, your room is only a hop away in case you need something. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace restaurant or if you decide for some different place, you can go to a series of tavernas on the beach by walking only a few minutes.
We have enjoyed this hotel very much and certainly will go back!
