We found it difficult to fault any of the restaurants in Parga, but sometimes you just need something that offers an alternative to Greek food and pasta. Aegis certainly hits the mark. The menu is really varied, and the location is super. It was very busy when we ate here, just sneaking a table at 9.45pm, and the staff were up against it, but this just gave us time to enjoy their gorgeous house rose and red wine, enjoying time between courses. I had the feta wrapped in Filo and honey, followed by pork fillet with a pomegranate and honey sauce, with carrots, courgette and sautéed potatoes, my husband had the Corfu specialty, Sofrito, but we can't remember the starter! Extremely well priced, including free tapenade and olives to start and an ouzo to finish. So pleased we chose to eat here, and such a fabulous location as well.
