We visited Taverna Nikolas on a very busy Saturday evening in late August. We have visited many times over several years and, as always, the meal was first class. In spite of being very full on a sticky evening, the service was warm, friendly and fun! We had steamed mussels and tzatziki to start with. The mussels were plump and delicious. For our main courses we chose kleftico and fish. Unfortunately the lamb had gone so my husband chose moussaka. My fish was a whole meaty sea bream which was chargrilled to perfection and served with horta and boiled potatoes. We also had dessert - yogurt with lots of fresh fruit and a very tasty orange cake. An excellent meal and extremely good value. Thank you, Perikles and your amazing hard working staff. We'll be back.
