I found this hotel at tripadvisor and booked directly a room for a week. I must say that it felt like a 5star hotel service. We visited near by Neos Marmaras and other Sithonia locations and I think that the Hotel is perfectly located for visitor that like to discover east Halkidiki.
The food was great, the rooms very clean thow the bathrooms could be a bit larger. And the service of the people excelend. Very helpful. They even managed
to areange a day trip with a yacht for us. All in all a very positive experience. We are planing to visit next year again.

I visit Elea Village with my family where it was very quit and chill, and the food was perfect. I could hang out at the pool but there were also several beaches near that you could visit. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. I recommend the hotel definitely if you have family with children since there was a playground inside the hotel and a pool for little kids. The price was very affordable and cheap to the high quality of services provided

We just came back from 10 days vacation in this hotel.
Room: big enough, almost clean, horror smell in the bathroom.
Food: excellent.
Location: excellent.
Personnel: daytime lady from the reception not nice, not friendly (that one with eyeglasses), one of the ladies from the bar is also not nice. The other ones are quite ok, answering to all questions at least smyling or serving drinks being nice.

I just spent two wonderful weeks at Elea Village with my family. As many other guests have mentioned in their comments, it is indeed an ideal place for families and lovers of nature. Some of the most positive aspects:
- The surrounding nature is spectacular, wild and authentic.
- The beach near the hotel is quiet and clean, with calm and crystal clear water.
- The landscaping surrounding the hotel, with palm trees and olive trees, is beautiful.
- The staff at the hotel is welcoming, helpful and efficient (except the barmaids, who were often rude, especially with children).
- The view from the restaurant and the bar around the pools is breathtaking (every evening, during supper, you can enjoy a memorable sunset).
- The food in the restaurant is tasty and healthy (always many vegetables and fruits, whole wheat bread, green tea, etc.).
- The swimming pools are conveniently located below the bar, a perfect setting for parents who want to enjoy a glass of wine while watching their children playing in the pool.
- The rooms are rudimentary and rustic, but clean.
Some of the weaker elements:
- There was a terrible smell in the bathroom of our room, which might have been linked to the sceptic tank.
- The bathroom itself was minimalistic (no bath, and only a tiny shower with no curtain) and created much discomfort in the room (the smell, a noisy door and a blinding light in the middle of the night, etc.). Certainly unworthy of a three star hotel.
- As mentioned above, the barmaids were very unpleasant, especially with children. After we complained to the manager, the behaviour of one of the barmaids improved, but the other one remained moody and grouchy, ofter creating a gloomy atmosphere at the bar, which is the centre of the life at the hotel.
Finally, it should be mentioned that the hotel is located in a wild, almost desolated area of Greece. The nearest village is many kilometres away, and there are no stores in a walking distance. This could be an advantage for some, but a disadvantage for others.

I've stayed in this hotel with my husband for two weeks. Even though it is great place I'd rather reccomend it for families than for couples. This is great place to come if you don't expect luxury and you're looking for affordable hotel with good standard. Rooms are simple yet clean and tidy. Beach is very close, you can reach both sandy and rocky coast in there. Water is clean and you can even meet an octopus in there. The pool is clean and not very crowded. Hotel is located in rather calm place so don't count on any night life in surroundings. It is great to rent a car for a few days and visit some sides at least at Sithonia. The food at the restaurant is varied and realy tasty. Mousaka and backlava were delicous :) what is more soft drinks served at bar are originals so big plus for that. The very important point is the hotel staff - these people are really great! Very professionnal, helpfull and friendly!

I've been with my family from 30.06.2013 until 10.07.2013. We have booked All Inclusive with “double superior room”- at the local travel agency. I would like to commend that agency here, but I’m not sure is it under the website’s rules.

When arrived, we had “fortune” to get very nice room, in the renovated part of hotel, just above the pool with sea view (no 807). The room has quite enough area with great, fully roofed balcony (approx 4x3 meters) so no matter the room was on south side, the sun has never been in the room directly. AC was clean and functional. Every day, the (very polite) cleaning personnel cleaned the room correctly. The towels and sheets have been changed every third day. Balcony door is PVC brand new with mosquito/bugs net (although there were no, almost, any bug). The only “objection” is bathroom/toilet doors that were ruined and couldn’t be locked (needs to be changed) – if this can be objection. The TV had RTS1 (satellite) – quite enough to get informed. For room I give 4+. I’ve heard that during this year all other rooms will be renewed.
The restaurant was clean during and after meals. The restaurant stuff very polite, agile and smiley. No objections !
The food is very satisfied: most dishes were present constantly, but every day there was something new on menu. Food was tasteful and (I think) everyone could find what was on it’s taste. I didn’t hear anybody to complain the food. I think this is the best and quite enough description. Just to mention: the main cook is Mr. Miki (from Serbia) – and I need to commend him ! This is his third season in Ellea Village hotel.
The pool bar – here I have the biggest review objection that relates to one bar-lady (the Greek lady) who was very unpleasant and in some cases brassy (specially to the children). The other bar-lady was quite opposite: nice and polite. On the other side, I must stress that drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite etc. (even under all inclusive) have been poured from original bottles. Only orange and cherry juices were from machine (but were very good). Beside juices, under AI concept we had also Ouzo, Conyak, red and white vine, brewed beer, filter coffee.
The pool was “ideal” for relaxation: up to 1.6m deep, rounded and wide enough to swim, with massage place. The pool water was clean.
Reception personnel – very nice, and polite.
Small hotel buildings are connected with alleys surrounded by nice and warmly treated garden plants and palms. This makes very pleasant filling whenever you walk under hotel complex.
Hotel has enough parking places (just sometimes crowded). Main road (Sithonia western part) is above the hotel and there is quite enough place to turn from it to the hotel parking.

Lets tell the “objections” that can be added:
There is no “hotel” beach. But first beach is approx 100 meters away of hotel.
If you want to walk after dinner, there are no place around hotel: you need car to go either to Nikiti or to Neos Marmaras.

Overall I don’t know why this hotel has been marked with 3 stars: it really deserves 4. The hotel is to be recommended for families with small children, asking for peace.

I would come again to this hotel !

Room Tip: Ask for renewed rooms.
