We have had 8 nights accommodation at this hotel end of July, the room was cleaned every day, stuff friendly. All inclusive system acceptable. Food was very tasteful like cocked at home and not very repetitive. Good to know that the beach is inexistent but not far (200 m) i find acceptable place. For shopping near is Nikiti city.

Very nice place to stay. I was in this hotel at July 2013 and July 2014. Overall impression is fantastic. Clean, beautiful, very spacious rooms serviced every day, towels are changed every day. The pool is cleaned every morning. The food is excellent. You could enjoy the sound of the sea, wind, great music and smell of the typical Greek specialties.

Very nice place to stay and very quiet. The view and forest around hotel are amazing, sunset is beautiful. Room was standard, but not very small, every balcony has sea view. Staff is pleasant in general, room is being cleaned every day, towels and sheets are changed every second day. Food was delicious.

I think only that rooms could be cleaned a little beat better , and beach in front of hotel is not very good, but one of the best Sithonia beaches are very close, so we went almost every day by car on Lagomandra, Kalogria , Talgo beach...

Anyway, hotel was unexpectedly nice surprise for us and i strongly recommend it.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms in the left corner, starting with number 3... , some unpleasant smell was spreading ther...

The surrounding beaches are very picturess, the view from the hotel is beatiful and the property has a relaxing tone. An issue which arised for us was at check in when we found that our requested room with two single beds was not available. It was explained to me that I had booked with a "preference of 2 single beds". Therefore, I dont know why the 2 single beds came up as an option on the web site. All in all, the receptionist whose name I forgot was very polite, the bar and restaurant staff were always smiling and helpful. Nice place to relax and unwind.

I was in this hotel at the end of June. I spent 10 amazing days in this small paradise!
The staff and service were above expected, friendly and attentive and the food was fresh and delicious.
Hereby, I would like to thank especially to the Bar Manager Alexandros. He was more than a good host. Not just that he is at your assistance anytime, but his kindhearted nature serves everyone with a smile. He is a real wine connoisseur and he knows how to make you comfortable and relaxed. The day didn't pass without his playing a fantastic music. You could enjoy the sound of the sea, wind, great music and smell of the typical Greek specialties.
If you ever go there, which I highly recommend, trying some of his cocktails form the menu is a must. You can't believe how he can combine flavors in a perfect mixture. We couldn't decide which we liked the best from the 10 amazing cocktails we tried.
I haven't met a better bartender.
Accommodation, service, music, pool bar with Alex provides a feeling you are in heaven; trust me it is a 5 star experience!!!
Come & enjoy yourselves

Alex,
if you read this I wish you the best my friend. Enjoy your summer, and keep your smile for your clients. It was nice meeting you.

We (family 2 adults, 2 children) stayed at hotel this summer, for 10 beautiful days. That was our third vacation on Sithonia, seventh in a row in Greece. This is best accommodation we had so far, although we stayed also on some more expensive hotels before.
We stayed at so-called superior room. All was very nice. Pleasant stuff, delicious food, nice pool, easy parking, simple but clean, climatized and rather spacious rooms, and balcony with billion dollar view ;) Terrace has sliding doors equipped with mosquito nets, so no problems with those creatures this time ;)
Terrace in front of restaurant where food is served also has beautiful pool and sea view, so dining with sunset panorama is something that we miss a lot ;)
Beach available in front of hotel is just 'sea', there is no real beach actually, closest one is around 300m to left (belongs to other resort). But, 2 very nice beaches, Lagomandra and Calogria are available within few kilometers in both directions, so we did drive shortly to beach each day, as we expected. There is some tourist street train available, that drives to Lagomandra and Neos Marmaras few times a day, also an option for guests from hotel that do not arrive by own car, and do not want to rent one.
Area around hotel is nice to short walk near the sea on evenings.

If we decide to go again to Sithonia, Elea Village would be out choice again.
Thanks for beautiful vacation!

Room Tip: Over the pool and restaurant - view rocks!

I could never believe that I could relax so much at the seaside...As I told the manager of the Hotel- the name should be changed to BATTERY CHARGER. Staff is great- Efi and Dimitris at the reception, Yulia and Alexandros at the pool bar, Georgios, Panos, Valeria and Christina in the Restaurant, cleaning ladies, handyman..

Special thanks to CHEF- Miki Ninic, magician in the kitchen and Thomas, the youngest but BEST manager I have ever seen- all day long in Elea, taking good care that everything is in perfect order.

We came back from Elea a week ago. Overall impression is fantastic. Out of the All inclusive concept, you really don't have to spend a single Euro, unless you want. Kids liked everything as well.
The Hotel, itself is great. The nature is great...everything is green- palms, olive trees and pines..different smell in the air :). Small houses scattered around give an impression of a village. Rooms are renovated, refurbished, with new bathroom. Clean, beautiful, very spacious rooms serviced every day, towels are changed every 1-2 days, bed linen every three days- I fell asleep with wet hair one day (the linen was changed that day) and there was a violet spot on the pillow, from hair color- the linen was changed again the following day.
WiFi is good, covers the whole area.
The Restaurant is cleaned after every meal, the toilet by the pool is cleaned every hour I thing. The pool is cleaned every morning, and if something is wrong in your room, 5 minutes after the cleaning ladies, a guy comes and fixes everything.
There is a parking within the complex, as well as in the street by the sea. The hotel does not have its own beach, but 150-200 m from it there is a sandy beach, with crystal clear sea, without algae. There are to big pine trees and its easy to catch natural shadow and enjoy the day at the beach.
When booking all inclusive concept, I was a little bit afraid how my kids would react to food and whether they would like it, that is why I will write more on that issue.
Breakfast- four different jams, candied fruit in syrup /two different, dried fruits- banana, plums, raisins and dates, 5 kinds of bread, toasted bread, butter and margarine, fresh fruit- plums, peach, orange and apricot, honey, chocolate cream, butter biscuits (choco and natural), muesli, corn flakes and choco flakes, compote, fruit salad, Greek yogurt, fruit yogurt with fresh fruit, 2 different boiled hams, two different yellow cheeses, feta cheese, tomato, cucumbers, kalamati olives in oil, green olives in oil, pickles, gherkins, pickled pepperoni, cream soup, croutons, some stewed vegetables, french toast, croissants, hot dog bun, 2 different pies /spinach, leek or cheese/ , boiled eggs, sausages or frankfurter, scrambled eggs or fried eggs, 10 different kinds of tea, coffee, warm milk, cold milk and chocolate milk, grapefruit, apple, orange and cherry juice...indeed, same every morning, as a visitor from Bulgaria said..but more than enough to have different breakfast every single morning for 14 days, isn't it?.
Lunch- meat or vegetable cream soup, croutons, 5 kinds of bread, butter, margarine, kalamati olives in oil, green olives in oil, pickles, gherkins, pickled pepperoni, plain penne and spagetti with Bolognese and Milanese sauce, or Carbonara and Milanese, grated cheese, mashed potatoes or oven baked potatoes or potatoes in sauce or French fries, risotto, vegetables in butter, boiled vegetables, three different kinds of meat (chicken, pork and beef), 7 different cut vegetables with 3 dressings, tzatziki, 6-7 vegetable salads with mayonnaise, creme fraiche, meat, ham...with different dressings, some goulash, fruit, watermelons and melons, cake, cookies, ice cream (4-6 flavors)
Dinner- cream soup, croutons, two different pasta in sauce, 4 different kinds of meat (lamb, pork /stew or grilled/, poultry (chicken, turkey, duck in different sauces- wine, lemon, orange), cod, shark or sole fish in different sauces, Greek specialties made of minced meat in sauces, potatoes (baked in oven, in foil with creme fraiche, baked with onion and cheese, french fries, risotto, vegetables in butter sauce, boiled vegetables, kalamati olives in oil, green olives in oil, pickles, gherkins, pickled pepperoni, 5 kinds of bread, butter, margarine, 7 different cut vegetables with 3 dressings, tzatziki, 6-7 vegetable salads with mayonnaise, creme fraiche, meat, ham...with different dressings, cakes, jelly, puff pastry in syrup, 4-6 different flavors of ice cream, water melons and melons

Food NEVER repeats- if you had tomato soup for breakfast, for lunch you will have mushroom soup and for diner chicken soup, If you had white rice risotto for lunch, for dinner you will have brown rice risotto...same for salads and meat.

Afternoon snack- butter cookies and some rolls with jam and nuts, ice-cream

Pool bar- instant coffee, two different juices (apple and orange, coca cola drinks . fanta- lemon/orange, sprite, cola, soda, draft beer- ask for large, it comes in iced glass, nestea- peach and lemon, red, rose and white wine, ouzo, cognac)

There is no a single shop or market in the vicinity, and you don't need it at all- Lagomandra beach is 3 minutes from Elea (by car), frankly, I did not like it, very crowded and where it is not, very deep water for kids.

Lots of kids, playing football, seek&hide, two different nights a week (Greek night with live music and Latin dance night)

In one sentence- If you intend to relax, this is a place for you.
