The Acrocorinth provides amazing views and is well interpreted. Once visited it provides a reference point for the surrounding area, as it can be seen clearly from miles around. Wear stout shoes and be aware that the paths can be very slippery and difficult for anyone with mobility issues

A realy intersting place to visit for a very energetic walk to the top. Views are stunning and the cafe at the bottom offers refreshments at very reasonible prices to help you recover from the walk.

Makes you wonder every time - how did they manage to build it while it would be a tough exercise even in this day. Clearly no expenses spared, takes you breath away today, must have been an out of this world wonder for the ancients... Please don't miss the opportunity to go if you are in the area...!

I was not going to go to Acrocorinth as I planned my trip around the ancient sites of the Peloponnese. My hotel recommended I head up and a 15 minute drive up was worth it..Once you park your car there is a bit of a hike to get to the top tower but well worth it. Surprisingly this was free admission.

Being in a rental car, we were able to stop on the winding road to take pictures of the valley below. It felt like you could see for ever because of the height.
