I had my most interesting and memorable 'theme' park experience here. There is no deafening music, no excessively sweeten snack, no fat junk food, no heart stopping mechanical ride, no heavily branded pink toys for girls and plastic gun for boy. The old town is made of 70 over 'real' buildings set in the era of 1600 to 1850, 1900s and 1970s. The goods sold in the merchant's shop are historical wares, loaves and cakes in bakery were made from old recipes and bookstore carried old titles. Visitor is free to enter every building to explore the towns, don't miss the Mintmaster's Mansion, Merchant's House, Poster Museum, Toy Museum and have a quick bite of Danish summer dishes. Plenty of photo opportunities with costumed cast members roaming in the buildings, shops and the street. It is recommended that you spend at least 3 hours here.
