I stayed at Norby Kro, while visiting a relative on Fanoe.
It was a very comfortable experience.
The courtyard layout of the Inn is typically Danish and the rooms came well up to expectations.
I appreciated free WiFi.
I had one evening meal, which was one of the best I have eaten in Denmark. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but tasted really good.
Our waitress was was very helpful and knew the menu intimately as well as the wines available and wine matches.
The old fashion themed and tastefully decorated dining room added to the pleasure of the occasion.
Breakfast was typically Danish, with an emphasis on bread rolls, cheeses /jams , cereals and yoghurt. For those that wanted a cooked breakfast there was scrambled eggs with a small sausage or boiled eggs. If you are ENglish and want tea, bring your own tea bag. The Danes drink coffee only.
There are deals on offer and it is worth asking for those. They may not be offered but are worthwhile.
