We (parents with two small children) stayed at the Hunter's suite. Well equipped small kitchen, comfy beds, clean and cozy. Good breakfast. Beach is a pleasant 15 mins walk away, but you face the sea when sitting in one of Christine's hanging chairs in the garden surrounded by flowers, herbs and birds... feels like paradise!

When Christine showed us Panorama (our room) a smile exploded on my face. She produced lovely healthy breakfasts and on Friday night a home cooked supper which we washed down with some of her excellent walnut snapps. Moen itself is very pretty and well cared for. Thanks Christine.

Dear Robert R
Thank you for staying here at Tohøjgaard Bed & Breakfast on Møn. Yes, the room "Panorama" really can live up to its name, with an almost 180 degree view over the Baltic Sea. I am happy to read, that you enjoyed my cooking - and my walnutsnaps. I have just made the year 2014, three weeks earlier than normal, thanks to the fantastic summer, we had had so far. So you are welcome to come and taste it in a year or two - it peaks after seven years, but really it is difficult to let it be that long :-)

Best regards Christine

The B&B is built from 3 old farm buildings, it was very well renovated. It is very comfortable, with lots of space. If you are looking for a restful place out of time, you will love this place. Cycling in the area is great if you like country roads with no traffic, undulating hillocks, fields with no fences, farm animals and old people biking to get their daily newspapers. Highly recommended!

Dear "LoveMyBike"

Thank you for your stay, your review and your recommendation for biking on Møn. It is, as you write, a paradise for bikers - and walkers, for that matter. We have several national, and international routes just passing by Tohøjgaard Bed & Breakfast, the most famous "Berlin-Copenhagen". And also a lot of short one-day-tours, from the quite and cosy strolling around on West-Møn, to the tough one "On Top of the World", going around in the area of the Cliffs. After a long and interesting day, you can rest here at Tohøjgaard with a nice meal, and just relax on the terrace, watching the sea, the ships and the stars.
I hope to wee you back here some day for more exploring this beautiful island in Denmark.
Best regards Christine

We are a family of four, and recently stayed at Tohojgaard B&B. We had a *wonderful* time. The rooms we had were beautiful and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, as was our "Biker's Supper" on the first night. We rented bikes from Christine and had a terrific time biking out to Mons Klint and back. We would definitely like to return!

Room Tip: Tell Christine your needs, and she will help you select a suitable room.

Dear Kelowna Family

Thank you for your visit - and your review here on T.A. You sure looked like having a great time, when you set off, all four of your on my rental-bikes, to go to the cliffs. It is a nice ride, 25km, but you passed the wonderful ice-dairy on your way, "Møn's Is", where I know, you got some delicious ice cream, and maybe even visited the cows, that provide the dairy with milk.
I wish you a lovely summer - and you shall be most welcome, should you come to Denmark again.

We just completed two nights at this charming B&B and enjoyed every minute of it. Christine is a wonderful hostess, owner and cook. As a couple we stayed at the Hunter room, which was very private and met all our needs. We are in Denmark for five weeks and may very much return to Mon and spend some more time with Christine.

We stayed at the Panorama room for a couple of night with my girlfriend. The first thing we noticed about the room was the amazing panorama-view towards the sea and so will you. The room itself was cosy and clean and had everything we needed.

The breakfast was ample with its options and was definently worth the money.

Tip:
We did some BBQ'ing and would recommend to other future visitors to also pick-up something from the supermarkets of Stege and grill them at the B&B and have an pleasant evening enjoying food and the view.

All in all a very pleasant visit to this cosy B&B and the owner Christine was really helpful and friendly!

Would definently visit again!

Room Tip: Panorama room was the best!

Dear Touomas A

Thank you for your visit and taking your time to review Tohoejgaard, this small and quiet Bed & Breakfast on Mon, so close to the sea ( The Baltic Sea), which you can enjoy from the rooms as well as the big terrace and the garden.
Though the weather wasn't as friendly, as it should be, I'm glad to read, that you enjoyed your stay - evening your BBQ. Yes. it is possible to borrow / rent my BBQ equipment, and also to make a nice camp-fire in my garden. In a summer evening - when it hardly gets dark, you can sit by the fire and watch the lights of the ships passing by. And when it do get dark, just lie back and "take a walk on the Milky Way".
Hope to see you again some day.
Kind regards Christine

Dear CecilieAm
Thank you for your kind review - and your stay in the room "Hunter/Sunset family suite" at Tohøjgaard. As you say, this room has a small kitchenette, where you can make light meals. But is is also possible in our lounge - for all our guests - to make coffee/tea for free or prepare a light meal. Of course the big cooking is not possible, but then I do offer the possibility of ordering a meal here - and who wants to cook too much, when on vacation? And all around the island there are good offers on going out to dine, from the old fashioned danish inn in St.Damme to the fish restaurant at Klintholm and several different places to eat in Stege.
Kind regards Christine
