“Modern, value for money.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 August 2012

Location:
Near by orestads metro/train stations with direct connection to city/airport/malmo.

Check in:
Hotel provides complimentary airport transfer. This was handy and much appreciated for a first time visitor to cph. The well marked shuttle was waiting at the designated spot right after we requested for it in the arrivals hall.
Check in was fast and efficient. My luggage didn't arrive with my flight from ams/cdg. This was followed up by the concierge team who promptly delivered my bag to the room once it was tracked down.

Room:
Large, modern, clean with nice view of surrounding countryside. Very comfortable beds and chairs to lounge on. Plenty of wardrobe space. Equipped with electronic safe, coffee/tea facilities, iron/ironing board.

Bathroom:
Large and spacious. Fragrant toiletries. Bath tub didn't have adequate shower screen. The bathroom floor gets flooded after each shower. A shower curtain might not sit in the design scheme of the hotel but it would provide simple solution to an annoying problem.

Breakfast:
Offered in a bright and airy sun lit breakfast lounge. Large selection of pastry, cold meat, cheese. Various beverage to choose from. Fresh fruits were available. Cut fruits appeared stale and were soggy for some reason. Choice of yoghurt.

Staff:
Always smiling and friendly from shuttle driver to concierge to reception to fnb to housekeeping.

Overall:
Value for money stay in copenhagen. Bright modern hotel with large clean well equipped rooms.

we stayed here pre and post cruise August 2012. i found staff very friendly and rooms were ready when we checked in early in the morning (both pre and post cruise). The free airport shuttle does not run 24 hours and cabs are expensive, especially to the cruise terminals. Breakfast was good. The metro is close, clean and efficient and being outside of the center of town did not pose a problem. the staff even gave us passes for the metro. the rooms were fine for 2 people, though in one room we needed a pullout bed and it was delivered in a broken condition. no one was hurt, but could have been. the charge for the cot was voided, but nothing else was offered as compensation.

Stayed here in august this year.

Pros:
- early check in available
- room was spacious and clean
- conveniently located. Subway and train are 5 mins away from hotel. Both train and subway take you downtown in 10 mins.
- free airport shuttle.

Cons:
- Hotel looks very boring, less is more. if you like this then it is ok, but if you looking for a cozy place, search another hotel.
- Frontdesk staff is very unpleasant, they are not interested in you and threat you like a number. They are the reason that I gave the hotel only 3 stars.

I stayed in this hotel pre-cruise. It is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Rated one of the greenest hotels, it made me feel good to know that I was helping to save our environment. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro which makes getting to and from the airport easy as well as getting around town.

Sustainable hotel with great views across the Danish plaines and sea. It's located close to the airport only 15 min away from the city center with the metro so convenient but not bustling. Really good breakfast with hot and cold dishes. Gym is very small, no space for streches but there is a gym available in the shopping mall or simply go for a run along the plaines.
Only downside is the cost of sparkling water in the minibar: 45 DKK for 33 cl!! Next time I'll bring my own. Come on, why should this water cost more than the beer?

Room Tip: The higher up the better view

From the moment we entered the hotel liked the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful. We liked our room. Comfortable and beautiful. We visited plenty, did not spend much time at the hotel but it was fun.

We booked into the Copenhagen Towers for 2 nights. This was a pre and post cruise stop.
This hotel more than met our expectations, we had booked a family room and were delighted that the configuration was two adjoining rooms. On the first night we were on the 19th floor and on are return I asked for a high floor and got the 23rd floor, fabulous views.
This is a beautiful hotel, clean and green. The rooms are large and very quiet. We choose this hotel because we had an earlier return flight and the hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport. This worked well, and the bus was easy to find on our arrival.
We had breakfast on our first stay, this was quite expensive but was very good. We ate in the hotel on our seconded stop and this was good, although the food took a long time to come and when asked the waiter told us the kitcehn was busy but my suspicion is that we were forgotten. The cost of the food is average. On departure very early on our second stop there was coffee and pastries available this was a nice touch.
The hotel is situated next to a large shopping centre with a food hall on level 3 we had lunch here and there is plenty of choice. The metro is also beside the hotel and easy to use, we purchased our tickets at reception in the hotel, just remember to nip the ticket at the yellow machine.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor for the view
