“We moved here from the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

We moved here from the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel because of noise and lack of ventilation and discovered a gem. This was my 1st visit to Copenhagen and as it was at the end of a 4 week trip before our long haul flight home we wanted to charge our batteries. The weather has been fantastic and I though an expensive hotel in the centre of Copenhagen was the best choice rather than a hotel about 28 km away - but I was wrong. The Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is where you should stay!! It is a modern, clean, stylish and well run hotel right on the train and metro lines between Copenhagen and the airport. All you need is a metro pass of a visit Copenhagen Card (which has metro and train travel included) and you are set for a wonderful and restful stay in Copenhagen. Money and location in the centre of the tourist area is not always best and the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers proves it. I will definately stay here again.

Room Tip: Get a metro pass or a Visit Copenhagen Pass and just hop on and off the metro or train clost to the...

Enjoyed my brief stay....was stop over before day of cruise of the Baltic.
Hotel was clean and spacious. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Linens were clean and only required Lysol spraying, my usual thing.
Shower was great with hot water and no problems.
Buffet was included with my room as result of Cruise line block booking with transportation, etc. The Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices and very neatly laid out and clean. Variety was great with hot and cold as well has individual requests being granted.
Location was a concern but the metro/subway was a brief walk across from the hotel and this was cost effective about $5 USD, hotel provided the ticket. Location is near airport with building going on across from the hotel....not disturbing because I was not in the room in the day time. The evening it was quiet enough....considering it does not get dark until late about 10:30pm...the darkened curtains were a plus.
Staff was attentive and very friendly and helpful no matter what the question was and seems to be used to handling a large group like a cruise group. Thanks to Norwegian Cruise for such great set up and organization there.
Would go back and stay in a heart beat...but I don't intend to repeat the trip at this point.
The club was nice if you are able to use it as a frequent traveler....many snacks and environment well worth the frequency.
Thanks for a great quick stay.

Room Tip: If you need to sleep in the day.....do not get on the side of the construction site. They will be a...

We were here 2 nights before our Baltic cruise. We had a little trouble locating the shuttle pickup which is straight out of terminal 3 where all the other big buses stop. There are four islands for these buses. The hotel shuttle goes to the second island. You do not actually have to call for it as it comes at 20 and 50 minutes after the hour. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary water, coffee, etc. We did go to the nearby mall for a few meals. We highly recommend!

Absolutely one fine hotel to stay at! Stayed June 10-12 2014. We were treated so nice by all of (yes all) the staff ! A special thanks to Liezel Pauch at the Front Desk who was just an awesome person to talk with and who was so helpful to us in every way.
We stayed in 2503 and the room was spotless and the view of the city was amazing.
The breakfast and dinner at Storm Restaurant was excellent! The Club Lounge was great too!
We used the Metro (3 minute walk from the hotel) to go downtown and shop and sight see.
If anyone complains about this hotel they should give their head a shake. I only saw patrons acting rude to staff not the other way around. Highly recommend this hotel and hopefully we can come back next year!

Room Tip: High floors facing the city would be good. Floor 25 has suites that are just awesome.

I stayed in Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers for two nights in early May. We were a group of three girls and this was first time in Copenhagen for all of us. Since the city was quite full because of the Eurovision Song Contest we didn’t really have much choice in hotels but we were very glad that we ended up in this Crowne Plaza. The free shuttle service was very handy and it worked so well. Only the directions to the bus stop could be advised better on hotel’s behalf. We arrived on 8 a.m. and got a room immediately by joining their loyal customer program. After waking up very early that morning it was a pleasure to get the room right away and relax a little before heading to explore the city.

The twin room was big enough for three persons and the extra bed was arranged during the first day. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We slept very well there. The walls and doors were soundproof as we didn’t hear any sounds coming from the corridors or other rooms. The lobby of the hotel is spacious and cozy if you need to wait there for your room to be ready. Service at the reception desk was ok, but not particularly friendly or welcoming.

We used the subway to get to the city center. Orestad station is next to the hotel and there are both subway and train station. The subway ride took only 10-15 minutes and we felt safe even in the evenings. Also Field’s shopping center is very near to the hotel and there are nice cafés and shops. To find a good restaurant, I would advise to take a subway to the city center and forget the Stroeget (if you want good food).

The breakfast in the hotel is maybe the best I have ever had in a hotel. It’s a bit pricy (24 euros, if I remember right) but well worth it. They serve everything you could ever wish for. If you decide to skip the hotel breakfast, you’ll be fine as there are plenty of options for breakfast and brunch around the city. For example, we tried a brunch in Skipper Kroen in Nyhavn and loved it.

I would stay again in Crowne Plaza anytime when heading to Copenhagen and would recommend it warmly. I guess I would probably prefer Crowne Plaza over the city center hotels, because the location is ideal between airport and city center. At least for weekend getaways the hotel is absolutely perfect!

Fantastic stay with the Mrs in October last year over a weekend. Very clean functional rooms, really liked the fresh fruit, juices and coffee on our floor and the sweeping vistas. Easy connections into Copenhagen, the airport and Malmo. Much cheaper than staying downtown but equally convenient and better value for money.
