Our group had our farewell dinner here. The choice for each of our farewell dinners is important as we want it to be memorable with good food, drink, company, and lively exchange of trip highlights and lowlights.
I got this reservation on late notice but they were accommodating. Despite the small dining room with few tables, we were seated in front at a long table. Ben was our server and did an excellent job despite the kitchen's slow delivery of our entrees. My main was the duck confit which was tasty but not as tasty as in Toulouse -- a bit dry and needed more sauce.
We went around the table describing our experiences on this 3-week trip which ended on a high note here at Red Box.
