This was a predictably good Radisson stay. Professional, efficient hotel that accommodates big groups (as long as you don't come to reception when a bus just arrived you'd be fine). We enjoyed the free Internet and the tea kettle in the room. The only drawback was this annoying mini-bar with "touch and be automatically charged" technology instead of a normal fridge. Our room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the entire old center.
The location is quite convenient with public transit, but walking is a bit long to the old town, other hotels (including Radisson brand) are better located

Room Tip: Top floors offer better view

Very nice hotel, close to public transportation ( Bus 6A from the airport has 2 stops in vicinity of the hotel)
Metro stop is 5-7 min from the hotel as well ( require change for the airport though)
Nice views from higher floors, though one of the busiest streets is next to the hotel. so can be noisy.
Rooms quite big. well equipped.Very comfortable bed amd everything needed in the bathroom.
Staff very pleasant and curteous
Next to the hotel is a taxi stop, but walking to most palces is easy as well.(Tivoli, even Nyhaven along the water)
Solid 4 star. Will come there again

Room Tip: higher floors....for a view

I spent two nights at this hotel for a wonderful stay in Copenhagen. The hotel however was OK but not the standard expected of a Radisson hotel. The positives were, the friendly and helpful staff, the fact the restaurants stay open late so food is still available if arriving late. There is a choice of Thai, Japanese, and Danish restaurants but not all open late. There is also free Wi-Fi in every room and the bed was comfortable and room quiet. The negatives are more to do with the fact the rooms could do with a bit of updating. The furniture was fine but the bathroom was a bit old, although the shower was AMAZING! There were quite a few niggly problems, one was quite a big niggle, the cold water ran very slowly and there was no hot water from the sink either! Then there was! Then there wasn't!! The glasses at the well stocked minibar were filthy and felt rough when held! Not easy to clean them if no hot water! The kettle did not work and the plug was not visible to see if it was plugged in so I assume it must have fused but should have been checked by housekeeping.
It is about 15-20min walk into town although the Metro station Islands Brygge is close by. The hotel is close to residential area and office blocks. There is a Supermaket next to Metro station. All in I would say it was an OK hotel but there are much better options closer to the centre of the city which I will probably chose next time I go to this fab city.

I just vcame back from Copenhagen where I stayed in Radisson Blu Scandinavia for the second time. I was even more impressed then first time, as they now have completed all renovations at the GYM and it is really good!

To start with, the hotel location is great, it is downtown but slightly outside of the crouded touristy areas. It is just across the road from a beautiful park with a huge lake and running/walking paths around it. It is also walking distance from trendy Christiania and if you are lucky enough to get the high floor you may experience the wow when entering the room and looking out the window.

Unusual and different from many other hotels they have a few restaurants within the hotel, and room service reflects this. There is also Casino attached to the hotel, although there is an entry fee there 90 DKK.

The GYM is really good, a lot of equipment and some machines I have never seen before! There are also rocket ball courts and fitness classes there, all that included! And the wireless internet is also free and really high speed!

This time we also had the opportunity to check the conference facilities, those are quite impressive too!

If you are a light sleeper choose the room in the back as it is more quiet. But if you are prepared to use the earplugs, you will be able to enjoy the greatest view in town, at the price of some road noise. Important feature is that you can always open the window to let some fresh air in.

The staff vis great and the consierge is very helpful.

Have fun exploring!

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper choose the room in the back as it is more quiet. But if you are prepared...

Had a very very nice stay at this hotel. From hotel location to excellent view from the rooms to the extremely helpful staff, everything was at par to the best in business.

My pleasant and positive experience started before I traveled to the Copenhagen. I would explicitly mention here that- my emails, and queries were promptly and accurately replied to by Ms. Kasper Poulsen and she was a perfect example of what the staff had in store for guests - thoroughly professional and helpful.

I forget the other staff’s name but he answered all my questions about our trip to Malmo, on the phone and didn't seem perturbed by many questions I had. Thank you!

My arrival flight to Copenhagen was delayed by 5 hours, we sent them an email informing of our delayed flight and got a reply in less than 45 mins. where it was mentioned that they will keep checking with local airline office about status of flight and will keep our reservation alive. Check in was smooth and took less than 5 mins. My 2 yr old was gifted with coloring book and a pack of colors – very thoughtful.

The hotel is less than 10 mins away from Tivoli via bus (5A), and a bus stop is only 2 mins walking. Hotel is easily approachable by Airport using bus 5A, which stops right in front of the Hotel.

One thing that Radisson blu can work on is the mini bar. Most premium hotels offer complimentary water- which is a big help. Another thing about the mini bar was the miscommunication/misprint on the rate list, about (normal) coca cola prices. It had said 2 units of normal Coke for 34 DKK but on checking out, we were charged 34 DKK for each.

Anyhow, I would recommend this hotel, for its stunning views and excellent staff and approachability.

Room Tip: Ask for room on higher floors (to get stunning views) and facing the road, without worrying about st...
