The day we were here was pouring rain but we still enjoyed seeing this area. Old and quaint. It's worth visiting.

Beautiful street, great to take some pictures. They had a Christmas market when I was there with gloog (mulled wine) so the street smelled really like Christmas. There are some restaurants in this street, the one we went to was very good but in the end they tried to convince us that it was standard to give tips in denmark, I knew it wasn't. So bare that in mind.

Went for a walk along Nyhavn, and there was a Christmas market on. Beautiful all lit up, with all the older boats. Great bar called McJoys there, lovely bar hith good music and reasonable priced drink for Copenhagen. Didnt do the boat tour, as it was freezing cold.

There’s no denying it, Nyhavn is a pretty cool and vibrant part of Copenhagen with nice architecture. In my opinion however, it’s a bit of a cliche location which is a little overhyped and therefore it can get pretty crowded.

This is a place that you must visit if you are in Compenhagen. Beautiful buildings colourful. The place is overcrowded but the area is picturesque. It is great for a stroll and a good coffee afterwards. Don;t forget to take the boat.
I highly recommend thiw place.

My family and I shared a very relaxed lunch here. There was a good choice of local dishes and all very tasty. Mostly locals ate here, which is always a good sign. The manager was very friendly and looked after us, most of the time. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and area of Copenhagen.

This place is full of restaurants and hotels nearby to stay would be good. Very crowded in the day and early evening for lunch and dinner. Good photographs of the boats and the colourful buildings can be taken. You can spend about 1-2 hours to laze around and have a cup of coffee.

If you have Copenhagen card, there is a pick up point for the canal boat tour at the far end of the canal. There are many to choose from Pizza, bars, coffee, pastries or seafood is available there. We had a dinner at the Hummer restaurant just opposite our hotel which we just book for one night at Nyhavn.

Charming area. I really enjoyed my walk there despite the bad weather. One of the most beautiful places in the city.

This really is something to see, the colours of the buildings, all the boats tied up and all the padlocks attached to the railings. Plenty of places to eat but we had hotdogs for 30 kr.and...with Christmas on it's way...hot mulled wine...the only thing that spoils it is the 'gentleman's club' with it's pictures of almost naked ladies hanging in front of it....takes away the beauty of the place. Nevertheless...well worth the trip.
