I was particualrly impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff in all areas of the hotel. It is centrally located and handy for rail connections. an area for imporvement would be increased sound proofing from the Town Hall Bell chiming close to the hotel.

Badly.
Firstly, on the second day of arrival, the "system" take off from my credit card 710 DK,- undependently from my previous payment for booking;
The Second- nobody return me 200 DK ( so-named " insurance guarantie")- as assured from reception- as "return on check-out".
Third - constantly wet floors after cleaning, and nobody discharged garbage containers in the toilet room after cleaning.
Sorry, but this is a true!
Best wishes!

Before booking the hotel, I read the reviews in Internet, and they were rather good, but when I arrived, I got a surprise. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars at all. The rooms are not very comfortable regarding furniture: everything is very small and not enough space to keep things of 2 persons staying with rather limited clothes for 3 days. There is no mini-bar in the room and no space to hang a raincoat or overcoat. The walls in the rooms look rather dirty and should be washed properly and painted, the curtains are rather dusty and should be cleaned. The walls in the shower room are black, maybe it was planned to make it stylish in this way, but in general the walls were not clean, with white spots everywhere. The bath-room was rather cold without warming up floor. There is no air-conditioner in the room either. In general, my expectations on accommodation were not met at all, I would say it is more 2*+ hotel, rather than 4*, but it is not cheap either.

Rooms and bathrooms were on the small side, but the room design was such as to make the most of the space. The bed was very comfortable. There was a comfortable arm chair and an armed desk chair. The wall of cabinets included a closet for hanging clothes, cabinets with shelves for folding clothes, and a desk. Movies were free on the TV because the hotel was in the process of changing vendors. The breakfast room was large and offered a wide variety of hot food, cereals, fresh fruit, delicious breads and baked goods, yogurt, juices, milk, teas and coffee. The hotel provided umbrellas for guests on a rainy morning. The desk staff were welcoming and readily available to provide guidance, call taxis, etc. The train station was not far, but with multiple suitcases, it is easier to get a taxi. Tivoli was an easy walk, as were several restaurants and the National Musem, which was a good place to spend a rainy day. I would recommend this hotel for a one or two- night stay, but the room is a bit small for a longer stay.

Traveling a lot it is unique to find a place you can call home away from home.
The hotel has a fantastic “cozy” atmosphere in combination with a fantastic staff.
The hotel has a superb location dead center of Copenhagen

This property is within walking distance of central station and lots of attractions. Many eateries are close by and there is little traffic noise. There is also a great breakfast provided downstairs. Lifts are a bit slow and small but that is common in cities like Copenhagen.
