“Pleasant stay in Copenhagen”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

This hotel is well situated and has a modern comfortable feel. The room we stayed in was on the small side, but that's not unexpected in Europe. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would stay here again without hesitation.

You do not find a hotel this centered, this nice, at that price, but at the Twentyseven - and you get to enjoy cool design and lovely surroundings at the same time. You will, however, be so comfortable, it takes a while to leave your hotel-surroundings ;)

Very nice staff good value for the money. We stayed for a weekend .the hotel is combined with few buildings . Some rooms turn to back yard and some to the street. We were 2couples both rooms were quiet. The fifth floor has rooms with air condition .
The staff were really nice specially Mohamad and Enrice who we met .the hotel also rent bikes in a reasonable price. They also have parking with additional fee. As i wrote very good value for the money included breakfast

Great location. Rooms fine - just about enough space for two peoples clothing for 5 days. Shower cubical fine for normal sized people. Comfortable soft bed Very friendly staff. Breakfast - good selection of hot and cold. No aircon so we did have the window open on a couple of nights. You do hear the towns clock bells ringing from 8am until midnight everywhere in town including your room with the windows closed but we didn't have a problem with it. Other than that we had a very quiet stay on the 4th floor facing the courtyard. However we stayed Sunday to Friday morning, but I understand Copenhagen gets lovely on Friday or Saturday nights. Take a travel kettle as the rooms don't have one. Nor do they have a mini bar. You can buy cartons of milk from the numerous little convenience stores near by.

Hotel has been remodeled within past few years. It was clean and the bed was king-size and very comfortable. Although the room was on the small side, it wasn't cramped. The closet hanging space, shelves, and pulldown desk were built in and organized well for accommodating our needs. In addition to the king bed, the room had a comfortable club chair and an armed desk chair plus flat screen TV on one wall. Toiletries, hair dryer, luggage rack, iron and ironing board were provided. We had the hotel breakfast one of our two mornings. It was extra, but tasty and offered plenty of choices--worth the cost. Opposite the breakfast room was a comfortable sitting area where guests could gather to relax. Staff were knowledgable of the area, provided maps for public transportation, and got taxis quickly for guests when requested. Location was good--an easy walk to Tivoli and museums, as well as several restaurants. Since it rained our first day, we were fortunate to have the National Museum nearby. The hotel provided umbrellas for guests, and the museum was a nice day's visit!

Room Tip: Previous reviewers spoke of some rooms being noisy. We could hear a church bell in the evening, but...

Ten minutes walking distance from Copenhagen H railway station. Near to the Ströget and good restaurants. Five minutes to the Tivoli. They serve a very good breakfast buffé. A nice cocktail bar with an outside sitting area in an atrium.

Room Tip: Twin rooms are bigger than dubles

Compared to the US, I first thought the room was smaller than usual, but it was exactly what I needed. The beds were very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is a PLUS! It was close to everything - Tivoli, stores, restaurants, museums. For someone who did not have a car, it was very convenient for me to be at the First Hotel Twentyseven.

Breakfast here is amazing and I wish I was there longer so I can continue to enjoy their breakfast. There was such a wide variety of food and drinks and everything tasted delicious. It was a great start to my day!

The patios were also very pretty and a great place to sit and lounge and enjoy a drink or two.

Room Tip: From my colleague, maybe ask for a room not facing the patio. My colleague said sometimes it got lo...
