I stayed here for three nights recently. The location is excellent, close to central station and to Tivoli.
I read reviews about some undesirables in the area which is true around central station at night but the hotel is sufficiently far enough away to mean you can walk back to the hotel without encountering them. The room (brilliant deluxe) was expensive (like everything else in Copenhagen) but was nice, stylish and clean. There is some noise at night but nothing major and it is in the middle of a city!
The breakfast is mainly cold stuff which was a shame but there was plenty of choice and the girls working were extremely friendly and polite.
The wifi is excellent and always connected without the need to sign in and is free.
The only downside I found was the lack of air conditioning (although there was a decent tower fan in the room). I would definitely stay here again.
Another bonus is that the best food we had the whole time we were there was in a restaurant just a couple of doors down on Helgolandsgade. More
