This review is coming in a little late, considering that I was in Copenhagen in late march, still the hotel left good enough an impression on me, that I just had to commend it for the fabulous service, wonderful rooms and awesome location.
Just about 10 minutes walk from the central station, (which would be the best way to come into the city from the airport, it takes you only 15 minutes or so from the airport), the hotel is easy to find, just make sure you get out of the central station on the correct exit and it's a short walk ahead.
When we arrived, it was a Saturday night, end of March, so the hotel was celebrating Earth hour from 8-9pm, and we had walked in, tired from a whole day of traveling from the Arctic wilderness of Abisko in Swedish Lapland to Stockholm, and then to Copenhagen - so the super bubbly personality of Sean, who greeted us so warmly and with a nice, chilled glass of champagne (thanks to the earth hour celebrations), was just the perk-me-up we needed.
Rooms are spotlessly clean and generally new-looking, and you can have a choice of the color theme - most importantly, the rooms are not the usual tiny European spaces you find, but rather a comfortable size. The hotel has a flexible checkout policy called Concept 24, which means that you can check out at the time that you had first checked in - in our case, great, because we had checked in around 8.45pm that night, and a few days later, had a late flight back home, so we enjoyed a very late checkout, allowing us to refresh and rest a little before our flight back.
Breakfast is decent enough - plenty of cold cuts, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, toast etc no warm food though, but enough to get you started in the morning. The hotel is walking distance to the shopping area Stroget and also all the main attractions. The only time we took a bus was to see the Little Mermaid, which a fantastic tip from the concierge, who had suggested we to take the bus from near the hotel, so you save a lot of walking time to Copenhagen's most famous attraction - which is great, because the mermaid is something you'd admire for about 5 mins, and then want to move on, so taking the bus saves time and effort.
Hotel is also near the harbor, Nyhavn, so you can walk over for lovely harbourside drinks/bites too. Speaking of food, the happening "meatpacking" district is where the hotel is at, so some cool dining places there too, just ask the concierge to point you in the right way.
Overall, a really good, and reasonable hotel right smack in the city with fantastic staff and rooms!
