You get what you pay for: rates are very good, and so is the overall experience. I slept in a 6bed room, little but comfy, with triple bunk beds and no decent curtain. The facility is clean, comfortable and really relaxed. Large living with mattresses, a pool table (20dkk/game) and bar-coffeeshop. Staff is very helpful and there is an outdoor patio with chairs and tables as well. No kitchen but you're allowed to bring your own food and beverage (no alcohol). They offer rental bikes for 99DKK/day: they are very good! (Be careful and follow the rules when riding a bike).
Location is good (not great). Placed in Norrebro, famous for shopping, eating and nightlife. It's a 10 minute ride to the very centre of Copenaghen.
You get bedlinen but no towels (20DKK for the whole stay) and no breakfast (offered for around 35DKK and must be ordered by previous night). You can use 2 mac computers, and there is fast wifi connection in every room.
You get a keycard (20DKK deposit, not included in the booking price) with which you get access to the hostel, room and locker (in the room itself).

Well, I think that Sleep in Heaven is a really nice place to stay in Copenhagen- good location (very close to the bus and metro station) and quite close to the city centre. I also liked very fast wi-fi, quite big and clean rooms with the lockers inside, the bathrooms and other facilities were nice as well.

I stayed in a girls dorm room for 2 nights. It was situated in a nearby building on the 1st floor instead of the main building where you find the reception. The room is big so we all had sufficient space to put our stuff. The beds and linens clean and quite comfortable. There are electronic lockers which are operated through your key card so it's very convenient and you don't have to bring a lock. The toilets and bathrooms look ok to me. Nothing really special but quite clean and provides sufficient amenities. Their staff are friendly and nice too. Wifi sometimes didn't work in our new building, and it's much more stable and faster if you use it in the old building/common area.
The reception and common area is tastefully decorated. A great place to hang out with newly met friends or just do your own thing. They have computers for you to use so it's good news to those who have been facing the tiny screen of a mobile phone for 2 weeks. The playlist they put together is awesome too. There's no kitchen there but you can bring in food to eat in the common area, or buy a muffin/cinnamon roll from the reception.
The hostel is situated a bit far away from the city centre's main attractions. That's why it's relatively cheaper. Nonetheless you can take a stroll into the centre. It's around 40-minute walk. The Norrebro area is worth exploring too. The Jaegersborggade is a street with really interesting shops selling eco/second-hand stuff and also the famous coffee shop Coffee Collectiv. Next to it is the Assisten Cemetery where you can find Hans Anderson's grave. It's a nice place to hang out. Sure do check out the area if you're staying in this hostel, not just the city centre where all the tourists are.

Overall I thought Sleep in Heaven is a really nice hostel. The staff is very friendly, the bathrooms, showers and rooms are all clean. The room is equipped with a personal locker. There is a happy hour every evening in the hostel's bar. They sell drinks and coffees for reasonable prices. There is plenty of space to lounge and meet new people, inside and outside. Location is great: so many cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also, they have a wall dedicated to inspiring you on what to do in the area during your stay. Overall I had a really good experience.

The hostel itself located quite a walk away from the city centrum, it took about 40 min to walk to there from the central station (okay Copenhagen is a bicycle city), because we knew nothing about the public transport. Staff were nice and helpful and the dorms were spacious. You also got a keycard for your locker so it is very safe to keep your things in the room, while you are enjoying the city. Toilets and showers were okay also, even if at least the boysroom was quite gloomy. Like everything in Denmark, also the hostel was quite expensive, but I think that concerns all hostels/hotels in Copenhagen. If you got a room from the other building, you may have some troubles with wi-fi. It seemed to work okay, but it was very very slow and it pissed me off. After all if you are going to Copenhagen, this isn't the best but definitely not the worst option either, I guess. And what I read from other raters, bedlines included the price, or at least we didn't pay a single penny for these.

Hostel is well located and the quarter not so bad as I heard about.
Staff was friendly.
Bedlinen are not included in price , so you have to pay or bring your own.
There is no kitchen and breakfast is not included in price, but there are lot supermarkets on
Rantzausgade and there is 7/11 were , you can buy warm deli .
Generally no complaints.

So overall there was nothing actually wrong with this hostel. The staff were fine, although most of them not particularly friendly. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The WiFi was good and the social area was comfortable. The location is also good, just twenty minutes walk away from the city centre. The only real negative was the dorms themselves which felt like prison cells. Stone floors and walls with poorly constructed 3 level bunk beds (with no falling guards) and blinds that only covered half of the window. There was a good sized locker for each bed which was good and these locked using your key card. Basic breakfast of cereals, breads, meats and cheese, with tea, coffee and juice can be bought for 50DKK which is kind of expensive for what it is but probably the best deal you will get in Denmark for an all you can eat breakfast. Generally this was no bad at all, but far from the best hostel experience I have had.
