The hotel firstly was a nice modern building, and our room was very neat and tidy. The restaurant was also really nice, though the prices were quite a lot but that reflects the very healthy wage and economy of Denmark. The food was really good anyway. The staff in the restaurant were great, really friendly and happy to chat and give us advice about Copenhagen. They even lent us some Wine glasses when we bought some wine from the city and wanted to drink it in our room!
The few slight issues we had were the prices, which were quite high, but not particularly, and the fact that the hotel slightly lacked atmosphere, but only minor issues! The location could have been better, but then there was a bus right outside the hotel into the city, which the staff helped us to catch.
The sauna/spa room on the top floor was also great, and the staff let us use this even after we had checked out, as our flights were in the evening.More
