The best thing about Scandic hotels is that they usually have family rooms that have four beds. We brought our own travel cot for our one-year-old and that fit easily in the room as well. Kids loved the hotel, the minigolf especially! Playroom could have been bigger but it was conveniently located in the breakfast room. The air conditioner did not work in the first room we got but we got another room thanks to a helpful staff and liked it well.
The hotel was easily reached by car and the parking was free. The train to Copenhagen centre was fast and easy to use. There was not many restaurants in the area so we ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening. The staff was really nice there!
The area is a bit dreary as another reviewer said. There is a lot of redevelopment going on in the area. Just a short walk from hotel there is a new residential area with canals and some interesting new architecture. In a few years, I guess the area will look somewhat different...
A good place to stop on our way from Stockholm to Legoland.More
