Good location and top service. Staff was very polite. Room was spacious. The reception was bright and welcoming and nice to sit there in quality furniture. The hotel is in a walking distance from good restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet was not good.

Great Location, very central to everything. Beds were comfortable. Pant press in each room. Cold breakfast buffet but with lots of choices. Room on 2nd floor did not have a view, overlooked an alley way.

Room Tip: Choose high floor to get a view

Stayed one night on business.

The hotel is centrally located on the Town Hall Square and The Central Railway Station and several buses are within walking distance . Tivoli and Stroget - a main shopping area - can be reached within few minutes. The hotel is part of the Arp-Hansen Group, and as expected very professionally run.

The location may be practical, but personally I would prefer the area around , Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv, and the Amalienborg Palace for a longer stay.

The hotel is large with about 250 rooms, all designed in a minimalistic style, and the queue at check-in was rather long. My room was clean and although I found the bed to be on the soft side, the only thing I really missed was a coffee maker.

The restaurant on the top floor was okay. Breakfast included one hot choice (boiled eggs), and in spite of excellent breads, juices, and coffee, I found it pricey at DKK 145.

You simply cannot stay at a more central location- 1 block to Tivoli, 1 block to Town Square, where everything else begins. Rooms are nice, did not have breakfast at hotel- we never do too expensive. Just go out and walk and find a nice bakery.

Central hotel and rooms on top floor (level 6) are nice and have balconies on the side facing the main square. i heard the other rooms were average so request one of these when booking. Rooms are fine and lobby is quite funky looking but:
1. There is only cold breakfast. Copenhagen is cold enough. HOT Sausages etc please.
2. The lifts have stupid doors on the front that you have to open by hand. Its like being on a 1930s soviet housing estate. Its not funky. Just means it takes months to go between floors.
3. Its quite noisy at night. They need to put sound proof double glazing in as you can hear street conversations from the top floor and Im no bat.

Staff were lovely. Pre-book a taxi if you need one as there isnt a taxi rank there and we had quite a wait.

Room Tip: room 602, top floor

The staff are friendly, clean room and comfy bed , but room 233 has a view of a wall and lots of air conditioning, might be an idea to know the drilling coming from the building next door starts at eight o'clock during the week!! And the bar is a little bit small......

Room Tip: Ask for the 5th floor, you might get a view

We upgraded to a larger room, and with a kid on a sofabed, we were glad for the little extra space. The bathrooms were super clean, the beds comfortable... all good. It is really an incredible location.
