I had to book a hotel in downtown Copenhagen within the budget of 150USD for business.
I didn't think it was a good choice for business because;
1. internet connection is not good. Took so much time to go to some homepages or download emails.
2. too far from centre. Takes too much time to go back and forth.
3. complicated room deployment. I went here and there with big suitcases and it wasn't nice.

I think it is too expensive for what you get.

Besides that, room was clean but cold, (central heating not working) and staffs were friendly.

Next time, I will stay near airport where I have better quality.

If you like big bland corporate international hotels go elsewhere, this is an individual stylish hotel 10mins walk from Tivoli Gardens, but lots of bars and restaurants nearby.Breakfast is very good value, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are excellent.

The hotel was too far out of town centre and the room was average and the hotel looked fairly old. Staff was friendly.

The best job was done by the webmaster of the hotel's web site: they make you think you arrive in a charming place, whereas you will find a quite deceiving combination of an average scandinavian appartment house and a B&B.
The service is in line with the rest, friendly but neither efficient nor professional.
The "family" room has the size of an average double room in a normal hotel, so once the additional bed has been squeezed in you can barely move around your own bed.
Last but not least the cleanliness is not really their strong point neither.

We loved our three day stay in Copenhagen at this hotel. Like any place with a lot of character, it is not going to be for everyone. Think of it as more of a large, apartment-style B&B than a regular hotel - you are not going to walk into a big, open lobby with lots of uniformed employees buzzing around. We are pretty independent travelers and don't need or want a bunch of people fawning over us. Like others have said, it's useful to leave the luggage downstairs at first and have one person go up and see where you're going to be staying before you drag everything up the little elevator. It did take us a while to find, as it is just off the main street - if walking from the train station, walk on the left side of the street and keep a lookout for a small golden sign off to the left; that's the side street or alley you want to head down.

The hotel owners have some sort of connection to Asia, and the hotel is decorated in kind of a colonial Indonesian style. We liked it a lot. The room was not huge, but it was comfortable and attractively decorated. We had the room with the clawfoot bathtub, which was a nice touch. The old-fashioned keys are a pleasant throwback, although kind of bulky.

Breakfast has been described elsewhere here - we liked it a lot. The homemade yogurt is delicious. It can get crowded down there, so try to arrive at not peak times. I think we had to wait around one morning, and the other times had no problem. The people that work at the hotel are interesting, not generic hotel employee types.

While it does take 10+ minutes to walk down to the train station, we were glad that the hotel was in an urban residential neighborhood, not a central tourist district. Always nice to get a glimpse of regular people going about their daily affairs instead of just a sea of other tourists.

We would happily stay here again.

Only stayed here one night, but was happy that they let me check in early. No free Wi-Fi but they did have a laptop available for use. Had stamps at the front desk to mail postcards, which was nice. The room itself had a very nice bed, was fairly large and clean. The bathroom was nice but the shower bizarrely had no curtain or other barrier to prevent water from spraying the rest of the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and was about a 15-minute walk to the central Copenhagen train station.
